The service staff at Rosen Nissan were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my experience with them. A special shout out to Audrey who was the point person for my experience. I was hearing a weird sound with my car, but before I could get back to ride along with a technician and point it out, I was hospitalized and had to undergo surgery. Audrey and everyone at the service center were so understanding and helpful and ultimately comped a diagnostic fee and rental car fee with the promise that I come back when I’m feeling better. Above and beyond service.

It is quite difficult to find a used car these days, especially one within budget and good condition. Sandra Pertzborn was our salesperson at Rossen Nissan and helped us find exactly what we needed. She did a thorough test drive to make sure we loved the SUV and took the time to help us adjust all the settings before we drove it off the lot. The whole process was smooth and stress free!

Karna is an amazing sales person, he was able to find me a car in my price range and something that had great gas mileage and that will last me a long time! Very knowledgeable, not too pushy and he was able to inform me about many things that go on with a car that I didn't know about and relate them to real life experiences! If you go here, ask for Sandy! She is helpful, insightful and patient. She focused in on our needs and wants, prioritized that over any sale. She is fixed on your happiness. She doesn’t want to sell you any car, she wants you to have the car that you need for your life and it’s adventures. Very knowledgeable of what’s on the lot and what each vehicle has to offer you. Alex was a great salesman to work with! The dealership itself is warm and inviting, from water and coffee however you like yours to the smiles and welcomes from all. I filled out my financing app for the wrong Rosen and Kevin and Alex were able to help get that cancelled before it hit my credit, and made filling out the app again quick and easy - my interest rate is 10% lower than my last car loan was!
Zack was very friendly and made the signing process so easy!
