Submitted a request online to get a quote and got a phone call the same day scheduling a quote at our property at 10:30 today. I showed up promptly five minutes early and waited outside for almost 45 minutes and called the number multiple times only to have no one show up. If they were to call and reschedule I would be willing to give them a shot but at this point it does not leave a good taste in my mouth. Sun was out perfect weather so there was no excuse to not show up

Keeps saying that they will come see the work and never comes by. Does not answer the phone or return messages.

Scheduled an appointment. NO SHOW, NO CALL! I took it upon myself to call. It went to voicemail. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth. First impressions, is lasting impressions.

We had our fencing installed with R&R and we are very pleased with their work! They did a great job and gave us updates along the way. Their price was also more competitive than some other companies I got quotes from. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting fencing installed. It looks beautiful and we’re happy.

Rico and his crew were polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. They weren't the cheapest, but certainly ended up being the best value and i would be happy to do business with them again. He kept me up to date every day with text messages, answered all of my questions before, during, and after installation, and went above and beyond to cater to my unique situation and get me the fence i needed for a reasonable price.

No show/no call for an estimate. Not a word. Definitely would say to stay away from them. If they can't be bothered to keep an appointment, they certainly can't be trusted with actually doing the work. How did these five star reviews come about?
Owner replied that they sent an email to inform me that it was raining. I do not have any such email, and since we are both using Gmail it would indeed be strange if it "got lost". The only one I have was the one giving me the time and day of the appointment, nothing else. I have just now once again looked for the supposed notification, and it is not there

Rico was very nice to work with. Him and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job. I received quotes from multiple companies and R&R had the best price and reviews. I would definitely recommend them.

Got our fence installed by Rico from R& R recently. He came recommend by our Nieghbor who had this company install his fence a year or so ago. Rico gave us the cheapest price on a vinyl fence out of the 3 other companies we received quotes from. The price he gave us was lower by a few thousand dollars! After agreeing on a price and install date Rico and his partner arrived on the date of installation ready to work. They set the posts for the fence in concrete on Monday and let them dry and hardened up for 24-hours. They arrived the next afternoon and began to set the vinyl panels. They worked

Had a great experience with R&R Fence Services. Great with communication, great pricing, and did a great job with my fence. They were able to work with me with installment dates and worked hard and efficiently when the time came. Highly recommend.

This company is your typical unprofessional Craigslist contractor. I contacted them to schedule a date/time for an estimate. We agreed to meet at the property at noon today. I was there on time but the owner, Rick, no showed. He stood me up. Didn't call, email, answer my calls, call me back, or respond to my email. He just ghosted on me. I missed over an hour of work today waiting for this contractor. Better off sticking with the pros.
