In 1977 at the ripe old age of 23, Jim Melehan, along with his brother began building custom homes in Naperville, Downers Grove, and Lisle, Illinois. Doing all their own carpentry work, what they lacked in experience they made up for with persistence and long hours. The first few homes sold quickly and things were looking good.

We will prepare a preliminary design for you and show you 3D renderings of your basement finishing and present you with a detailed proposal. Your remodeled basement can serve many purposes.
