I was extremely happy with Royal Craft. The owner is honest and down to earth. He really listened to what I wanted. They installed 5 basement windows in my over 130 years old. Other well known companies wouldn’t even give us a quote.
The windows are absolutely great. They open which was very important to me. They did really good work.

Regarding Bill of Royal Craft Builders:
When we realized that our roof was well beyond its expected lifespan, we did what most do - we got several estimates from roofers we found on Google. While discussing the problem with a friend we discovered that her husband Bill was a builder. While his price was not the lowest, three things convinced me to go with Bill.
1. He wasn't a "salesman". He was honest and straight-forward.
2. He was local.
3. He said the workers that would replace my roof are the same people
that did his house.

I used Royal Craft to install a new entry door. The finished product looks great and the work was impeccable. It was a great experience from start to finish. Showed up exactly when they said they would, worked quickly, and left the entryway and front porch immaculate. I would highly recommend Royal Craft and look forward to using them again in the future.

We recently upgraded our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. We did extensive evaluation to select the contractor to do the job. We finally selected Royal Craft Home Re modelers of Downers Grove.
Mr. Bill Cantalupo the owner came to our house and, discussed the scope and took measurements. He then suggested some cabinet suppliers, countertop shops and tile shops. We liked his suggestions, and went with them. They started demolition before cabinets arrived so that there will not be any delay in the work. They even inspected cabinets as they arrived.

After seeing the work Royal Craft did on remodeling my mother’s master bath I decided to use them to do mine. Bill and his crew did a fantastic job.
Willie is a master at tile work, meticulous with details. The gal that came to measure for the shower door was very impressed with his workmanship. I wanted to keep my existing vanity as I had just redone the sink a year prior. He was able to cut the exiting tile up to the vanity and replace with the new tile seamlessly.
They turned my old postage stamp sized shower into a roomier much needed extra closet. The extremely large soaking tub is now

He took measurements & gave suggestions for how best we could achieve a good outcome at the best price with quality materials.
