We had a 20+ year old fence that was sagging badly and dry rotting. Micheal responded very quickly and was able to give a quote within a week, I thought I wanted a certain type of fence installed and he was honest with me and told me that it would be more expensive, heavier (more prone to sagging) and harder to mow around, I really appreciated his expertise and guidance. I appreciate the prompt replacement of our 22 year old privacy fence. We opted for the horizontal cedar and are quite pleased with the outcome. Mike was quick to respond with a reasonable quote and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The workmen were friendly and very careful with cleaning up all debris from old fence. Contacted Century Fence because I saw one of there completed projects on a major street. Mike was our consultant. Dennis was our project manager. Both individuals provided the expertise and knowledge that ultimately resulted in our decision to use them.

I've used Century twice (in 2013 and 2018) and have had positive experiences both times. The price is not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the quality of work is fantastic. They use high quality materials and processes and avoid cutting corners. They also explained the differences between the types of fencing and allowed me to come to my own conclusion about the best fit for me. I personally chose metal posts, cedar pickets, 3 crossbeams as well as screws vs. nails. Highly recommend them!

I loved how my horizontal cedar fence turned out with Century. They were able to come out to my house and give a customized quote and explain all of my options. I didn't feel pressured to go with upgraded materials yet was able to create a very quality design on a moderate budget. I would highly recommend using them!

They did a good job, but hit a plumbing line I had no idea was there as I had just moved into the house.
Unfortunate and there's a line item in the contract that makes it your issue rather than having company insurance cover it. So, just be aware if you don't know your plumbing lines it could be an expensive repair for you if they hit a sewage line.
The work was done in a timely manner and everyone was very nice. They had to do a few changes due to the fact that I have a horrible sense of how many feet of fence I needed having just purchased the house, but they added to the original

The whole process with Century Fence could be summed up in one word: easy. From the online quote (which was very accurate and quick) to the crew working quickly and efficiently, the whole process was easy. The crew even dealt with our nightmare neighbors! On top of all of this, their pricing was easily the best that I found (and I did a lot of shopping around) and the fence looks GREAT. I couldn’t recommend Century Fence enough, I’m not sure why anyone would get a fence done through someone else!

We received bids from three different local, prominently advertising fence companies and Century's was the least expensive and the most thorough. Mike was very patient with our questions, and Dennis was a great communicator and let us know exactly what to expect. The fence was installed in two days, in advance of the original target date, and far exceeds our expectations. I highly recommend Century Fence Company, not only for the price but the quality of workmanship.

We are very happy with our new privacy fence from Century. The fence is beautiful and we are receiving many compliments from friends and neighbors. Century responded to our request quickly, Michael showed up in person when scheduled and had an estimate prepared the next day.
Dennis and crew did a great job with the install , everyone involved was pleasant and professional. They also provided the lowest cost of 3 Austin contractors and the job was completed in 2 days just 1 week from our initial meeting with Michael. Great Job Guys!

First, I did not hollow out any of the holes in the fence--that's crazy! I would not purposefully damage my own fence for any reason and it's beneath you to fabricate such lies to rationalize the poor quality of your wood. I brought the holes to Dennis' attention while he was still installing the fence. I called you immediately afterward. We have since found a number of knots that were about to fall

Updated review. 4/8/17 - Mike finally called me back - only because of my Yelp review. He did explain that his company, although they reportedly do repairs, they also have minimums in place that require at least five new posts. He is the owner, and this is a business decision so I can respect that.
However, he said that since my call was after 5 p.m. and went to voicemail, he does not check after hours calls. Personally, I am not sure why a business would have voicemail if they do not plan to check it, but maybe that is just me.
