Promised a 26 ft truck showed up with a 17 fr truck. Did not pack all of our items in the truck offered to another trip but that would cost $1000. Not worth it. 3 guys took 2 hrs to pack up the truck. Had to rush them to move faster to not past the 3 hr mark. Since they did not pack everything we still needed to move lots of stuff on our ow. Hands down, this is the best moving company we have ever had! We’ve moved multiple times and this is the first company that we felt genuinely cared about our items and us as customers. The crew that showed up on moving day was AWESOME! Called and got on the schedule and paid the deposit. After getting on the schedule and paying the deposit, I never received the email confirmation of the deposit being paid or the move date. I did call and question this many times. This did cause me some stress (along with the rain days before our move) as we did back to back closing 2 days prior to when we could be moved.
I can not say enough about the crew. Brandon called and asked some questions and let me know arrival time. He showed up and walked through the house. Crew got there and immediately

I used Flat Rate movers this week for a move; the team was great to work with. I was informed throughout the whole process what they were going to do. Everything was as good as expected. Great experience using Flat Rate movers - best price for 5 hours with four guys moving. we moved a four br house with many high end furniture pieces. all wrapped carefully and transported. Many many moving wraps used. they did a great job. I highly recommend.

Worst moving company ever. I decided to go with them because they were cheaper but you get exactly what you paid for. 5 guys for 5 hours at $1500 and then $265/hr for each additional hour. I ended up paying close to $2000. Be ware of hidden charges of anything with glass like China cabinet I was charged extra $60 per packing item. Also, they will take stuff apart but will not put everything back like it was before. I had a bunch of screws that I found afterwards that I don't even know where they go plus missing furniture peices for my bed frames. Some of the movers did not have any experience and

When I was looking to move I called several places, and Flat Rate Movers was the only one who was friendly and not only gave me a quote but helped me with some advice on overall moving including shopping around. I selected Flat Rate because of their friendly office staff and cost.
the movers that showed up were super professional and just as friendly as the people I spoke to on the phone. They moved quickly and efficiently It showed that they understand they are on a clock and worked hard to complete it in the allotted time.

The guys did a great job moving us! The dispatcher was very communicative! They were careful with our furniture.
It just would have been better if the quote had been closer to actual, but it seems that is consistent with the industry, where you need to plan for the actual cost to be 150% to 200% of the initial quote.

We hired Atlanta Flat Rate for our move this past Saturday. The crew was prompt and courteous. The surveyed the house and went right to work. Did an excellent job wrapping furniture and did the move in a very… timely fashion. I fully expected to pay over the five block hour for a four-bedroom move but the crew was efficient and moved us within the five hours. They did a great job moving my grandmothers piano and took care with it. Very rarely do I review but this was a job well done.

Company is a FRAUD. First they give you a quote for "x" amount and take the deposit. Hours later they send an email with a different quote - $1500+ added on top of the old one. All they said was i'm sorry it was a mistake, but you to pay what the quote says in the e-mail regardless of what we agreed to earlier. No respect for customers at all. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. All they do is lie and cheat their customers.
