Gallery Kitchen and Bath updated our kitchen which is open to the great room. The work was done pre-pandemic and everything went perfectly. The backsplash was challenging as I used large 12x24 ceramic floor tiles with inlays of glass/metal/ceramic small rectangular tiles behind the stove and interspersed elsewhere. Their tile person was fanatic about making these inlays set at the same depth as the floor tile, and even cut and rearranged the sheets of small tiles behind the stove for a more random look. We remodelled a 1983 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The team did an excellent job from start to finish. Nicholas assisted in the design which was extremely special efficient-just what we were looking for. His installers were prompt, knowledgeable and most importantly NEAT. They cleaned up at the end of each day.
We were very happy with how our kitchen and baths turned out. We highly recommend them.

Michael and the rest of the staff was so helpful in helping me design and choose the right cabinetry for my new house. He is very professional, artistic and patient. The follow-thru was exceptional! Cabinets were delivered on time with no issues. They are stunning and could not have done it without Michael’s and staffs help. I strongly recommend Gallery Kitchen and Bath.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The follow through and customer service is essentially non existent but the excuses are plentiful. "Changes in management, no one to come out and do the work, I see you emailed us 2 months ago about that and no one responded..." Will definitely not be using them for the bathroom remodels after the absurdity of the kitchen.

Please be very cautious if you choose to use Gallery Kitchen and Bath.The work that the subcontracts did was good it was dealing with their color designer and owner that is the problem. The person who does their measuring and room layouts did a great job. Make sure you know exactly what you want and have a sense of design. I hired them with the thought I was getting professional work...I could have done better at a big box store. Our Master bath shower and floor tile had to be ripped out a second time (Gallery paid to have it torn out) but we had to pay additional thousands to put a different

We had a horrible experience with Gallery Kitchen & Bath. We would not recommend Gallery Kitchen & Bath to anyone. Full disclosure, we had our own contractor do the majority of the installation work; which was known up front. We purchased principally everything (tile, granite, sinks, fixtures, vanity) from Gallery Kitchen & Bath. Gallery Kitchen & Bath was to coordinate vendor installation.
