Grossbusters always does a fantastic job! I have used them for my office building for years and finally pulled the trigger on having my home carpets cleaned. Robert did a wonderful job, my carpets look better than when I moved in 4 years ago. He got stains out that I never imagined possible. He even accommodated doing both sides of the duplex because my friend was moving in next door. This place was in rough shape and he was a miracle worker. Excellent customer service! Offered a new customer discount and military discount together, making an unbeatable price for such a thorough, deep clean downstairs, on the staircase, and upstairs. Robert gave us an online quote, then completed his inspection of the carpet, and measured the rooms for a more accurate cost analysis of the packages he had to offer. The total price ended up being less than the initial online quote (we chose the top service package when we saw the prices once discounts were applied. This service worked wonders on my carpets. Two other companies, both highly rated, couldn't remove several stubborn pet stains of some duration. I was prepared to replace carpets in great room and entry. Grossbusters got them all up! And the odors were eliminated, too. Worker also cleaned several wool rugs, and they look new. I couldn't be more pleased. Customer service was outstanding, too. Got a call before service guy scheduled to arrive, with offer to start early, if convenient. This outfit is simply outstanding.

I am 100% satisfied with the rates I was quoted, this isn't a small machine they use, it's a professional, truck-mounted machine that really tackles built up dirt and stains!
Don't waste your time renting your own carpet cleaner, get them professionally cleaned. You'll have a way better job done plus it's worth the extra money!!!

These guys are great. We had some issues with movers not being able to get all of our things out of our house and creating scheduling conflicts with our carpet cleaning appointment. They totally worked with us to ensure we got an appointment time that worked around the movers.
The carpets in the house we rented were really pretty bad. The previous occupants had some large dogs that significantly stained the light colored carpets. They managed to get up a lot of the stains I would not otherwise believed would come up. All in all great service and a great job.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning I had done by Grossbusters. They arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time and got right to work. I did not think that the truck was overly noisy. They were very thorough. The technician Robert was knowledgeable and friendly. He took care to wear protective covers on his shoes whenever he came inside.
We have used two other cleaning services in the past. Both took longer and were not as thorough. There was a strong cleaner smell while the cleaning was taking place. I opened some windows and doors. The smell dissipated quickly after

Robert was on-time, polite, courteous, thorough with the carpet cleaning, and took care not to damage moldings and wood with his cleaning hoses by using protective measures. Between all her friends and her chihuahua dog she has a lot of old pet and wine stains that previously could not come out with our regular carpet cleaner who was out of town at the time we needed it done.
Came across these guys online,checked out their very professional and informative
web site and decided to give them a call.
They took out stains that our old carpet cleaner said would not come up.
My only complaint is I had to get rid of our old carpet cleaner after this.

They charged us exactly what they quoted us and were not pushy or busy trying to sell us more services. After living in our home for 4 years and never having the carpet cleaned until now we are impressed that it looks brand new again and has not a single stain or mark! We will be calling these guys/gals again for a cleaning in the future.
