Avi from Novak Remodeling and the team did an excellent job on converting my existing garage to ADU. The price is right. I am thrilled with the professionalism, products, and quality of the installation. The contractors and the project managers showed up on time and got the job done on time as we discussed before. Avi did some extra for us and didn't charge us because he cares about the results and us being satisfied with it! After meeting with a few companies I finally met Adam from Novak Remodeling. Adam was very professional, attentive and responsive to all my questions and needs. I will say that I was a little overwhelmed with the price, however, for a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel I understood that it was actually a great deal. It was a turn key price that included everything completely. He helped us design the areas, pick colors, choose tiles and select all accessories that are required for our remodel. This company, represented by Adam Took 70% of the project cost claiming that 70% was done, in fact we had made an estimate by the city inspector who certified that the amount is less then 30%. Therefore beware of this contractor. Because he will rip you off !
He continues threatening us to post legitimate review, thinking to scare and intimidate us with legal actions. Again please beware of this scam.

Avi arrived on time, professionally dressed and with the proper material and understanding of what I really wanted. Basically my kitchen was original to the house. It was tiny, with no cabinet or storage space. Avi gave me the great idea to remove a wall for an open floor plan and also provided on the spot a 3D design to show me how it will look. Honestly, no need to say more. I don't have the mind to visual what he talked about, but the moment he showed me i was sold. He was very fair price wise, provided all samples prior to installation

Adam and Novak Remodeling is the best construction company I have ever experienced. Our executive office remodeling is amazing with the new tile floors and removing the walls really made a huge difference. The new bathroom addition is absolutely gorgeous.
