I would just like to say that Gil and his team are amazing, above and beyond any expectations I had for this project. We had a huge leak that collapsed our downstairs ceiling and flooded the walls and required our entire master bathroom to be demoed out for the plumbing and water damage repairs. To say we wanted to have this repaired quickly would be an understatement. Needing to move out during a pandemic with my son and husband both having asthma was overwhelming to say the least. Gil had his guys working from sunrise to sunset 7 days a week to get this done so we could get back into our house

I recently had an excellent experience w/Palatin Remodeling. I needed a bathroom completely rebuilt after a faucet break destroyed it.
Gil saw what was needed and brought in his team. They did a great job and I was updated every step of the way. He and his team were clean, did not leave a mess and most importantly, the finished product looks great.

Hello all,
We just had our whole house remodeled by Palatin Remodeling https://palatinremodeling.com and the job was done in record time. It was supposed to be a four month job and it was done in just over three months. We of course moved out. The owner, Gil, was very helpful, and there were time delays due to the COVID-19 situation.
Every surface inside the house was touched. All three bathrooms and the kitchen were taken down to studs, and built back up. One load bearing wall removed to make the kitchen larger, and one wall added to create a fourth bedroom.
I do recommend having a designer

I've been searching for 4 years for someone to redo my staircase....from ugly carpet and boring to something beautiful. No one knew how nor were willing to take on this task... and I talked to many contractors. Gil and Palatin Remodeling gave me my vision! Gil and his craftsmen were skilled, trustworthy, respectful and hard workers. It was a pleasure working with him/them! We had an extensive remodel of our kitchen, flooring, bathroom, electrical, plumbing, windows, HVAC, and more. We love our new home! Gil was always very responsive to all questions we had, and was willing to meet with us often. He helped advise us with questions we had along the way and we are very happy with the outcome. His team was very nice and helpful as well. The whole job was done very quickly and we feel structural work was completed very safely and to high standards!

Update to my bathroom remodel. About two years after the remodel, we noticed a small water leak in the ceiling of kitchen, right below the remodeled bathroom. I contacted Gil to let him know what was going on. He and his guys came over over right away. They diagnosed the problem and took care of it with a few visits. It's good as new. This is the integrity with which all contractors should act. It goes without saying that I was not billed for the services. In my book, Palitin Remodeling earns six stars on a five point scale!

Gil & Company just finished a room addition to our guesthouse, effectively adding a bedroom. Might seem like a cinch or a project, but it was actually quite complicated in some ways. Gil certainly did not disappoint. What a great experience! He is the perfect combination of ultra-competent, ethical and dedicated. He stayed on schedule and on budget, even saving us money in some cases along the way. He's a real artisan and outstanding problem solver. The result was perfection. We LOVE our new bathroom!!! Gil came in to bid our project, provided a great price and by the next day, we had our tile picked out, permits were pulled and the next day our bathroom was demo'd and we were on our way! Gil's workers were all very professional and worked clean through the entire project. Our only delays were due to the tile we picked (not Gil's fault) and the vanity that we chose that took a little longer to be delivered. Our house was built in 1967 and the bathrooms had little or no updates since then. We needed all 3 bathrooms remodeled ( Master, Guest & our kid's bath). After reviewing Yelp and Google reviews on several companies in our area I reached out to three of them for estimates. The estimates were all within a couple thousand dollars of each other and I ended up going with Palatin Remodeling based their customer reviews and the fact that they had been in business here for decades

We used Palatin Remodeling first for a minor remodel of our hall bath, than a full-blown remodel of our master bath. In both cases the end results exceeded our expectations! The Crew that did our jobs were mindful of their work and took the time to do things properly, no cutting corners, no cheap material, and they were extremely detailed with their work. UPDATE: May 3,2018 - The owner called a few times in subsequent weeks to ask if he could do anything to make up for it. I appreciate his diligence and willingness to make up for the mistake. Updating my review based on this.
April 14, 2018 - I felt pretty good about these guys because of their good reviews on yelp and the fact that they were the first to call me back (within 20 minutes of requesting a quote). But I scheduled a really busy Saturday around our appointment and they were a total NO SHOW. No one called me. No one texted me. Nothing. Pretty disappointed.

I hired Gil Palatin to remodel my master bath last October. I interviewed three different contractors, and Gil was actually the last I spoke to. I had been planning on using the other guy (who was more expensive)! He wasn't the most expensive, and he wasn't the cheapest.
Gil is NOT a salesman (he's very direct, which I appreciate), but I am so glad something in me said I should trust him, and I signed with him. Gil told me that my bathroom would be complete in three weeks - and he was true to his word. I've never actually experienced that with a contractor before! That said

My first remodel and I am glad I used Palatin Remodeling.
I am picky, when you save up so you can have work done, it should be done right.
Gil was great to work with and responded to all my questions and calls.
His crew were on time and were professional.
I had two small bathrooms redone. One with a tub and shower and the smallest with a shower.
We are so happy with them.

The short version of this review is that Gil Palatin and Palatin Remodeling are the best in the business and you should hire them immediately. Gil is honest, fair, proud of his work, committed to his time line and a good person.

I am extremely happy with Gil and his crew!! From the beginning I was praying for a person like Gil to take this job. I renovate my complete house 3 bathrooms, kitchen living room and study room into my dream house.

I've had Gil work on several remodels at my home so I decided to use Gil for a company office remodel.
The proposal I received was half the amount of our closest bidder. Gil's pricing is always extremely competitive. I needed him to gut the entire office. In all, carpet was removed, wiring was placed in-wall, new lighting installed and new wood flooring. Everything came out exceeding expectations.
