New Leaf is by far the best contractor I've ever worked with. Ian and Heather are not only knowledgeable and capable-they are exceptionally good people. We started a major renovation just before COVID in January 2020. Our living room was down to the studs when all work had to be shut down due to the pandemic. Heather and Ian were so kind, compassionate and creative. They checked in on us all the time-offering to do whatever they could to try to make us more comfortable. From the initial contact with Heather and Ian until the last day of the project, Ian and his wonderful team of Victor, Martìn, Jose and Jorge were an absolute pleasure to have in our home and they did a spectacular job that exceeded all our expectations. We had met with several general and individual contractors to do a remodel after our house flooded. We went with New Leaf because Ian was the most authentic and personable contractor we had met, and we felt comfortable having him in our home for several weeks. He and his team, including his family, advised us and assisted with using a Public Adjuster to get the most of our insurance claim. They were always on time, clean, professional, and quick to respond to questions and concerns. They worked within our budget, and we now have beautiful new floors and a new kitchen. Highly recommend!

My wife and I hired the New Leaf Remodeling team to originally remodel our master bath. We were so inspired by Ian, his son Julian and the hard work of the remodel team, we had them redo all three of our bathrooms! The design ideas Ian had were outstanding. This is the second time I am using Ian and his crew and it won't be the last. We just got our new house in Simi Valley and I immediately called Ian and had him come in to do some work before we could moved in - including painting the whole house, plumbing work, electrical work, fixing cabinets, flooring, etc. After we have lived there a while we will bring him in to redo the kitchens and bathrooms, we want to get a feel for the place first. I hired the team at New Leaf Remodeling for a bathroom and then a kitchen later on. I love them! They are complete professionals, got both jobs done on time and within my budget.
