Services
On the day of your appointment, we will arrive in the allotted time slot (which almost without exception is a 1-hour window) with a bucket in hand and ready to go. In the doorway, 'indoor only' shoes or shoe covers will be worn to prevent tracking any unwanted guests in. Typically we will start on the inside of the house first.
Our squeegees make short work of glass tables and mirrors. We also have a variety of ladders to help clean difficult-to-reach light fixtures. Consider adding these services to your window cleaning to bring even more shine into your home! Interested in adding some ceiling fan dusting to your spring cleaning?
For a complete gutter cleaning service, we charge an average price of $1 / linear ft. of gutters that your home has. Leaves are bagged and left by the curb for trash pickup. However, if you would like to have us dispose of them for you, we are happy to do that for an additional $20. We include light roof clearing in our base pricing.

If you'd rather do your own interior windows and just leave the more dangerous and difficult work to me, that's fine. Obviously, the price is discounted accordingly but keep in mind, the outside is really where I earn my keep so it won't be significantly more for me to do the insides as well. Save yourself the headache and the time.

I can't say enough good things about Ryan. His professionalism, the quality of his work, his pricing...all top marks. We had hired some cleaners to do a deep clean of our house prior to our listing it for sale, and they fell short of expectations. We were in a bind to get our windows cleaned and Ryan came to the rescue. He cleaned all of our windows on short notice and for a price that I felt was very reasonable. I have no hesitation referring Ryan to my family and friends.

Ryan Retherford is the best! He does such a phenomenal job getting my windows sparking...even the ones that are waaaaaay up high! He has done my window about 3 times and I'll have him out again soon to do them this spring. Ryan is friendly, efficient and just an all around nice guy. His prices are excellent. I connected with Ryan to help me clean my windows just as the weather was changing. Not only was Ryan kind and professional when we first connected, but also, he closely watched the weather and offered to come out earlier than originally scheduled (on his day off no less) so we could have the work completed prior to the weather turning bad.
