I have been watching listings on their website and decided to finally go and look at some cars in person with my mom. Tony was very helpful and respected my price range and got us test driving a few cars. I was stuck between 2 cars I really liked and he did not push one on me and allowed me some time to make my final decision. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Ruth was patient with me filing out my paperwork and getting everything together that I needed. Another girl, I think her name was April, was also very sweet and friendly as we waited. While other car dealers have very thin inventories, this place is packed with low-mileage vehicles. Owner must scour the country to get so many. Other than a delay getting our title, I was satisfied with our purchase.

The people that ran the place were friendly and I'm not in their system because they just showed me around, but in my opinion, they are overpriced even in today's market. They were the 6th place I visited today and tiffany springs had better pricing. I'm just being honest. Don't expect a that dealership feel with a nice waiting room. Not to say they're not good people, or do good work because I don't know. I just know the pricing and selection I was shown.

Ruth was extremely helpful, straight forward and patient. She didn't push me to make any kind of decision. They even let you do test drives without accompanying. They are confident in their vehicles. ...which are for the most part low mileage. Lot of good options.

Ruth at Gladstone Auto Sales was wonderful to work with in processing the sale of the used Honda Accord vehicle we purchased from there. My daughter wanted an older model Toyota Highlander and we found a really nice one on one of the car sites at this dealership. Used cars are going quickly these days so she allowed us to put a small down payment on it to hold it until we could get there. I took my 2014 dodge charger RT plus (loaded) to go see if I couldn’t trade or come up with a deal for a 2011 Ford… ranger that was a fleet vehicle (figured it out by inspecting the vehicle and noticing things that would be added to a fleet vehicle). I took the Ford on a test drive leaving my Dodge charger back at the shop for them to take a test drive. Unbeknownst to me my car

NEVER do business with this company. My husband bought a car from here and it has been a problem since day one. There was undisclosed water damage and we saw visible leaking when going threw the car wash (because it had not even been cleaned when we picked it up). We tried to return the car the very next day Gladstone auto was open, and the owner… Jeff, and a lady named Ruth were who we dealt with, they were both rude and unhelpful, Jeff even lied right to our face. And now we are stuck with this car. The whole situation just shows a complete lack of integrity and we are so disappointed

I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze in mid December had it for a little over a month overheats now no heat and throws codes all the time also give me an expired state inspection. I already had to replace the Intake manifold have to place the catalytic converter and O2 sensors. also New water pump and stat
