1. Mike is approachable, patient, and keeps in close contact. Whenever I had a question during our project, he would get back to me very quickly, which inspired a lot of confidence.
2. Very high quality. The quality of the work is laudable. We hired Mike to install a new bathroom in our house and also do some other tiling work. Our friends and family have consistently commented on how impressed they are with how everything looks!
3. Pricing is very fair and transparent with no surprises. At no point were there surprise change orders or anything

Mike made a great impression on us when we were interviewing various contractors for our bathroom renovation. He seemed quite bright and thought of excellent ideas for implementing our vision for the space. We felt confident signing him on.
Unfortunately, as soon as he started working it became apparent that this was a mistake. He failed to advise us regarding local regulations about the items we wished to install (even though I made it clear in our initial conversation that I was relying on his expertise to make these selections). My husband and I bought an old farmhouse Victorian house (built in 1892) in Needham in April of 2016. Although the house has great bones, it needed a little new breadth into it. As 1st time home owners, we weren't quite sure what we wanted to do but had a few contractors come over and give us their thoughts on how we can maximize our updates with minimal cost/work.

We had a very good experience with ByHome. They installed our dream master bath on the third floor of our new home. Mike and his crew are great. He is very responsive, and will make sure that you have an end product you are satisfied with. Putting in a master bath in an odd empty attic space, in what previous contractors had said would be "impossible" or overly difficult due to the sloped attic roof, required imagination and flexibility. For the first time ever, we finished this project on time and exactly on Budget! ByHome impressed me from the beginning by making a very big project of just protecting my property. It is a pleasure having ByHome and their team in my home.
