So happy with the results of my new fence, the finished job is fabulous and the team was wonderful to work with! I had 5 gates built to perfection and a custom fence built that is the nicest in my neighborhood! Whst a great company to work with! My fence is the nicest in my neighborhood and Joe, Jeremy, Cody and Amaro worked hard to make it that way! They built 5 gates for me and measured so my little fur babies would be safe in my yard. Every picket was leveled and they even came back after 2 weeks to reset a gate that needed a latch adjustment. I would highly recommend Pecos Fence!

I just called this company because I need a sense built in my front yard. I heard this advertisement on the radio so I decided to call, and upon Colleen some gentleman answered had me on speaker didn't really answer professionally and I asked to be taken off of speaker and that didn't happen. I automatically hung up on this person, if you're going to run a business you need to answer it more professionally and respect the customers wishes on not being on speakerphone. I don't mind being on speakerphone but if I can't hear the person on the other side and I constantly have

I was having a horrible time trying to find any San Antonio based fencing company that would return my call, let alone schedule a quote. Pecos was quick to get me a quote and schedule my fence replacement. The good part ends there though. Aaron's crew completed half of our fence due to not wanting to touch our pool equipment that is attached to the fence. When I returned home after the half of fencing had been done, both myself and my direct neighbor (who shares the fence) noticed many items damaged or mishandled. On my side they broke one of my solar lights and the part that was broken off

Called for a bid after hearing a radio ad of what a great company this was. I was halfway sold already. Received a call back from a person who identified as an estimator for Pecos who also has his own fence company. ?? Ok. So appt was scheduled and After I had already left work to keep this appt I receive a text he was not going to be able to keep it. But would reach out again to reset. Never heard a word back. I don't chase down people. Lots of people out there ready to work. reviews show a pattern.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Pecos Fence. Jeremy kept in touch with me the entire way through the installation and the installers did a great job despite a very tough installation much more than they originally thought. The fence looks great! I want to thank the painter for the great job he did staining the fence despite having to deal some difficult issues he encountered. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the fence I now have in my back yard. Thank you to all involved especially Jeremy for a job well done! Tammy

In reply to "managers" response: clearly you weren't aware of the full situation because 4 different people came to my house and that was just for quotes. Not 3. There was no discussion about permitting at that time. They did not leave because they turned down my project or whatever your excuse was. If that were the case why would you have kept sending more sales associates out again & again to re-measure for new quotes? What a waste of time. That makes no sense.

I am terribly disappointed with this company. They are very disorganized,inconsistent and probably the worst communication! They had 4 sales employees come to our house to give estimates because they were all fired at various times. So therefore I had 4 different estimates...none of which they honored. I had been working patiently with this company trying to move past this for 6 months and it became nothing more but a whopping waste of time!!! I had to get historical approval and permitting myself which took almost a month for our project plans and requires specific information...After finally

Great company, the Owner has been in the Fencing business for over 50 years , they have been in business for a long time, great people, they perform big commercial installs like schools, big companies as well as residential. Abel failed to show up for our scheduled appointment several days ago. He did call about 20 minutes after our appointment saying he was running late, and gave me five minutes to return his call before he would head on to his next appointment. I do not know about other people, but I do not keep my phone glued to me when I am outside working in the yard. Silly me, I was just expecting him to show up as we agreed. So.. Needed a quote for my 250ft fence to be replaced. I called.. spoke with a man named Derek who proceeded to call me "Analece" despite introducing myself as Emily. He promised me a bid within 2 hours since he had no need to come out to the property.. I never received the bid. I called back later that afternoon and he was afk from the office so I was provided with his cell number. I texted him and confirmed my email address and name AGAIN which both have "Emily" in it. and he replies he sent the bid but he couldn't do anything until Monday again. So Monday rolls
