Stay away from this company at all cost! They are a broker who hires cut-rate movers to move you. My mover that LB brokered for me:
1) Was over a week late on delivery
2) Caused over $2,000 worth of damage to high quality furniture
3) Lost 10 boxes of my goods
4) Lost a queen mattress (but tried to deliver a twin mattress in its place)
5) Failed to bring any boxes for a move they were paid up front to pack!
6) Lost an antique chair
7) Tried to charge extra for taking goods down a set of steps
8) I caught mover purposely damaging my goods
9) Ruined precious heirlooms by not using ANY packing material

Liberty Bell failed in every way---claiming twice and even attaching a falsified "A+ BBB rating" to their correspondence (it is actually an F--do your homework.)

This is by far the worst moving group I have ever encountered. They are swindlers.
I explained my moving situation in great detail to them and they lied at every turn. I know my story is long but please read it so you know exactly the type of people your dealing with...
My father is 80 years old and we has been in the hospital and skilled nurse and as a result can no longer live on his own. We had to coordinate a number of challenging things the least of all a move across country to a new home.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They falsely claim contract terms and when the mover shows up at house, they want to charge me way more. I signed a contract with them to move my household items from North Carolina to California when Ashley Fletcher called me and stated that they would charge me based on the actual weight of my household items. They are the worst. Any positive reviews are fake! They will quote you a certain price and charge you much more. I was quoted $5000 and had to pay over $7000 for my move from chicago to North Carolina. They sweet talk you and get you to believe they are a great company and once they take your deposit you never hear from them again. Since they outsource to a different moving company.

We used Liberty Bell Moving Group to move my parents to Nevada and it was a great experience. This was not a normal move since I had to coordinate everything remotely. It was very confusing for my parents after living in their old home for 20 years. It was hard for them to thinking about packing up their life and heavily relied on me.

I had to move from Massachusettes to North Carolina and I decided to go with Liberty Bell Moving Group! IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE! I spoke on the phone with Caitlin Dunn, and she gave me a very attractive quote for $3,000 everything included with no additional charges. On the day that the movers showed up, They were using vendor our of New Jersey G and M Moving! The movers did a walk through the house and looked at all the stuff, they then told me that they were unable to do the job for $3,000 that they would only do it for $6,000 or they would not do it at all. This is the worst and most unprofessional moving company I have ever used..They told me a quote once it gets sent to the middle man he can rise the price up, which they did..The man even cursed at me when I was talking to fast for him, saying "your confusing the he'll out of me".. I was shocked and ask to speak to his manager, he said he was the Manager..We still haven't received our stuff and it's been 5days! They are liars and tells u just what you want to hear..DONT USE this company, better off with using PODS, GOOD LUCK

These guys responded to my BBB review saying how sad they are that their employees are being blasted. Also saying how they've offered a partial refund. They offered it once, they never got back to me. They also offered it under the condition I removed my review first. I won't, and never would have, and I assume this is what hey never got back to me.

These are the facts of my move minus any exaggeration. If you do not want to read the whole review, the summary is that no one should ever hire this company. They are unorganized, have terrible customer service and do not care at all about the customer, except for getting their money. If I could give them minus 5 stars, I would.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I've had one of the worst experiences of my life and will be seriously considering taking them to court. Not only have I been waiting for my delivery since the week of July 24th, and it is now August 17th, but every time i have called I have been told different delivery dates not to mention today they call and tell me they're an hour away from my location in which I was never informed of today being the delivery date. I WAS TOLD August 24 or 25th. Not only was the dispatcher I spoke with rude, but when I said that this has been the worst experience

I strongly recommend NOT doing business with this company. They falsely claim delivery windows when they are trying to get you to sign a contract. My delivery window started at 4-14 business days, then went to 21, then they tried to claim 30. All along the way they NEVER call you back after you sign the contract. They will tell you they are on your side and advocate for you, but all they do is blame the driver - when they are the ones that hired them! They take no responsibility for negligently hiring unprofessional teams - they just say 'oh well they were certified'

Long and short: please choose another company for your move unless: 1) you want to be overcharged after the initial pick up; 2) have your things arrive to you scratched up and in poor condition; 3) not receive your things for over two weeks after they pick them up; and 4) have the movers refused to assemble your furniture or take it up stairs.

Liberty Bell did a great job on our cross country move. Kevin went out of his way to make sure that we were able to get our delivery date that we needed. Their price was fair as well. We had gotten a few other quotes and a few of them were higher and didn't provide the same services.

Worst moving experience of my life!! This company was supposed to call me 3-5 days before my move and never did! I had to call them twice and still couldn't get anyone to tell me the day my items were to be picked up!

Liberty Bell did an amazing job on my move from Pennsylvania to Florida! I was living in a decked out three three-bedroom house and I had to move last minute for work and I didn't know what to do with all my stuff. I spoke with Chris whom I immediately felt comfortable with unlike some other companies I spoke too.(very pushy) I could just tell that Chris was honest because he went out of his way to explain things about moving and extra fees that might pop up that The other companies didn't mention.
