M & A failed to get a permit before delivering materials and doing the work on a rental house. This was observed by the Code Enforcement Officer and mailed to my home which I received on a Friday (5/21/21) eve. The notice indicated this had to be resolved before Monday 5/24. Note city hall is closed this entire time. M & A has not yet returned my phone calls to see if they have corrected this.
One day the tenant noticed the crew up on the roof consisted of one guy and his 10 year old kid. My guess M & A's business license as well as liability insurance do not allow for young kids to be working

€œI had an excellent experience with M&A ROOFING. Our salesman MIKE was great and easy to work with returning all calls and answering any questions. The roof, and cleanup were done in two and half days. Even the dumpster was removed. Everyone was polite and professional. If I could give them zero stars I would! This has been the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with in my life! No one ever answers the phone in the office and it takes forever to respond to voicemails! My experience has been HELL from the beginning! Gerald came out to give me a quote as my roof had started leaking. He was very pleasant and the quote was great! He stated it would take about 2 weeks to get someone out to do the job. Fine. 2 weeks pass so I called to find out what was going on. They informed me someone would be there the following week to start. They would deliver the materials

I hired them for two services. The first was the siding for my entire house. Up until the contract was signed, the salesperson Gerald was great. He went above and beyond to get me samples and worked with me as I kept going back and forth on colors.
I wanted to order windows at the same time, but Gerald didn’t have the right paperwork with him so he told me to wait till he came out again to go through the final inspection. He gave me a quote of $500/ window since I did the big siding job.
The installation went pretty good, the guys

Had M & A install new roof, gutters, and shutters the end of April, 2018. Our salesman, Paul Kelly, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time checking out different items around our house and giving us some good improvement suggestions. Their quote was very competitive and complete. Some of the other roofers we called would not do the flat parts of our roof.
Our roof is more complex than a lot of roofs, so it took the installers longer than was estimated. However, once they started they came every day and the whole job was completed in five days (working full days Saturday & Sunday

Took advantage of having a local company put on a roof at my home. Quick, kind, and very reasonable on price. Worked with Mike and his staff to get what we wanted and everything turned out great. The new roof really sets our house apart we are happy we did this update and how it looks now. Looking forward to doing matching black gutters and updating our siding next year.

I recently got my roof and siding done from M and A roofing for new construction home. They helped me picked a great looking roof for a great value. The team was very helpful in the decisions I made. Having my siding and gutters done by M & A Roofing was a horrific experience and the work done was appalling . The company took six months to complete the project and it still was not done well. No one, Mike the owner, Rick the salesman, Crew Leaders, or the numerous "secretaries" I spoke with, would ever return calls, emails, or come out to the job site, even while in progress, to discuss the issues or continue working on the job. At the end of April signed with M & A Roofing to do a tear-off and replace the shingles on our house and garage, replace the siding on the garage, and install new gutters on the garage. We were told that it would be about 2 weeks for the roof to be replaced and 3 - 4 weeks for the garage to be done. It took 3-4 weeks to get the shingle job done which was fine but I had to fight with the crew to do the job right. They won't replace rotten wood even though replacement sheets are built into the cost. They didn't want to put the baffles in so the edge vents can work properly and when they finally did
