We had so much bad experience and a roof on top of your house is the shell to keep everyone dry and safe is priority. You can trust them and they Are Professionals. The owner personally takes care of you from the beginning and even after if you have questions. They are transparent and inform you about every step. They even document their work. As the houses get older they needed Love and care. Select renovation is the right choice a d who you who you can trust! So happy I found them

What can I say about Select Renovations? I give Todd Martin and his wonderful crew 10 stars!!! This man voluntarily cut down a limb from my tree without me even asking him to do so. It was 12 degrees outside!!!! He is a guy who cares about his business and will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are totally satisfied. How many businesses are like this? NONE!!!!!!!! Have dealt with other contractors before and there were always delays and rudeness. Just ask and Todd will deliver without excuses. There is only one #1 company I would choose again and that is Select Renovations! KUDOS!

Todd and his team did not disappoint. My home had some storm damage and my roof, gutters and window frames took a beating. Todd and his Staff mobilized quickly and took care of everything. They dealt with my insurance company and the whole process was relatively painless for me. The end result looks excellent and they took really good care of my home. You will not find any nails or debris left at your site. The cleanup was spot on. The attention to detail was amazing. New roof installation included extensive replacement of roof sheathing and proper ventilation, which has improved the insulation quality of the home. Also, have gutter guards installed. Very prompt, professional and timely. Todd Martin of Select Renovations did a great job and is highly recommended!
