I needed help in a hurry and Michigan's Handyman was there. He was polite, efficient, and I couldn't be happier with his work. During this past winter one gutter needed replacing. If you're looking for a painter, keep looking. I hired Michigan's Handyman because the same team would be repairing our house trim as well as paint the entire exterior, and Jason seemed like a good guy who really knew his stuff. They also offer 0% financing, which is great. Jason and his team worked very hard under extreme weather conditions. Unfortunately, I felt I had to constantly micromanage the job. I had to ask them to paint the spot they missed behind a tree and redo many areas that were painted very sloppily. Jason obviously thought I was being too picky and stated accusatorily

Customer service was right on top of our request for our gutters to get someone to quote the job and schedule a team member to our home. Once the team member arrived, he was very professional, did an outstanding job, and mentioned some issues to our roof we were not aware of. We hired Michigan's handyman to help us with moving a gutter run off. I had reached out to 10 other companies who didn't want to take such a small job but it meant a lot to us to get this fixed. I was starting to get defeated.

I was really impressed with the work Michigan's Handyman did with installing my front door. They did a great job of thoroughly explaining all the work that was going to go into the job and then went above and beyond with installing the door. Steve from Michigan's Handyman did a great job on my roof today. The area around the stink pipe was leaking and caused some water damage in one of my kitchen cabinets. He went to Home Depot and purchased the parts he needed to fix the leak and then he sealed it with a roofing compound. The result was a fixed leak and a stink pipe flashing the looks very nice. I needed my wood deck brought back to life. Michigan Handyman (Robert) was extremely prompt at getting back to me and sending someone out for an estimate. Curtis estimated the job to replace the steps, replace some boards, power wash it, and stain it. He was extremely fair, and did not nickel and dime me. He always showed when he said he would, rain or shine. He did an excellent job, he takes pride in his work and it shows. He was also helpful with my color choice, cleaned up after himself and put everything back where it was on the deck. So glad I did it!! Thank you!

The work Curtis did was great, once I was actually able to get him to come out and do the work. I had been trying to schedule a date with him for almost a month. He would say he could probably come out in a couple days, days would go by, heard nothing from him so I would reach out. This happened a few times and I decided to call the main line and left a voicemail that I understand that they are busy due to COVID, but I've been as patient and reasonable as I can be, and I just want to put a date on the calendar and commit to it. August 202: Update from below. I just used Jason again to install gutter guard. He and his partner cleaned 25 gallons of debris from my gutters, installed gutter guard and also fixed a few vents all in about 2.5hrs. We get so many leaves and excited to not worry about my gutters again. You can see there was already a lead sitting on top as soon as they left. Can’t wait for fall. Great job.

Hello! We needed a seam on our gutter repaired or the corner replaced. Tricky to get the ladder positioned right and it was on the second story. Excellent and fast communication from the owner and the worker. Came out within 2 days first thing in the AM. Polite and hard working man. Paid reasonable price for the fix. I am very happy with how Michigan's Handyman fixed my vinyl siding issue. Robert called me less than an hour after my quotation request and Jason came out the following morning to secure the vinyl siding to my house. In addition to restoring the siding to the proper condition, Jason explained why the issue occurred.

I have been using this company for a few years for gutter cleanings. I had a company come out for another project and they informed me all the gutters were not cleaned. I contacted the company and expressed my concern and was told they will send someone out to look but will not clean the gutters for free. What's the purpose of sending someone out to look and not clean the gutter properly. Needless to say, I told them I will go with a another company! Poor customer service!

Jason and the rest of the team at Michigan's Handyman are the best. When we have had some urgent projects, like a hot water tank that didn't work, they came right out and fixed it at a very fair price. They have side of the garage for us as well as assorted other projects. The whole experience is always very smooth with excellent communication, courtesy, and on time start and completion. Several no shows, one ridiculously over priced quote and terrible communication. The handyman first sent cancelled several times, but did a good job, he himself would be worth the 5 stars alone - I tipped him in cash since he couldn't take my payment onsite - said the company would contact me in a week to collect full payment. A week passed I left town, 3 weeks later I get a threatening voice message about having to pay extraordinary amounts of interest on an "unpaid bill." Then they wanted to charge me an 11% fee to pay with a card over the phone when I said I would settle up promptly

I contacted Michigan's Handyman through their online system on a Saturday evening. I received a phone call Monday morning. I was given a quote for the services I requested and was informed that the person doing the work would contact me. I promptly received a phone call and scheduled the service for the following Saturday.

Michigan Handyman put up some racks I bought from Safe-Racks. The first I spoke with gave me a initial estimate that I thought was way to high, but said he would call me back after he talks with his formen. He called me back that day. The price wasn't perfect but I had been looking for a handyman for sometime so I hired them. They did a great job and cleaned up, and came on time. Very professional.
