I was really hoping to be a repeat customer of Griffin Fence as they did a nice job on our previous fence. You would think they would enjoy having a repeat customer, but I was wrong. An automatic $1500 minimum. Nice way to hold on to returning customers Griffin Fence. I will take my business elsewhere.

We were very pleased with Griffin Fence, starting with Charmaine who answered my first phone call, Lee Patton who gave us an estimate, to the two workers who installed the fence. The fence looks great. The company did everything they said they would do. The price was right in the ball park of the other estimates we had. I definitely would recommend Griffin Fence. Ask for Lee to give you an estimate. He measured the area, looked carefully at some areas that could be a problem, and gave us a written estimate on the spot. He knows what he is doing as well as the installers.

We use Griffin Fencing for extensive fencing around our double property. We had 2 gates installed and an automatic gate. We can honestly say we had the best and the most pleasant experience with them you could possibly ask for. The workmanship was amazing! From the initial estimate from Lee, the office staff, to the final process of erecting the fencing and the after care was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for all your fencing needs from small to large!

The painting of our 70ft wrought iron fence project began in August 2019 and was finally completed in June 2020. They didn’t tell us to move our cars and our white car now has black paint all over it. No one will call us back or come look at what they did. This was a nightmare from start to finish. Look elsewhere.

Not sure what the rave reviews are about but this was not an impressive company to do business with. They came out to do a quote on a Friday, two hours after they said they would be here, then said they will send me the quote on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I received nothing. I guess they must have enough business?

Very poor customer service. called these guys due their reviews online and the guy who answered (david) said he is interested to give a bid when he got home. he ask me to send the other bid from competitor so he could review the scope of work so i sent along the exact bid with some of my own questions,points if clarity, etc. The below is his reply and self explanatory

Called them two weeks ago to see about getting an estimate on a fence. It was after hours, so I left a voicemail with all of the pertinent information (name, number, request). A day goes by, I hear nothing back. So two days after I left the message, I called the number again and spoke with a very unenthusiastic woman about what I was after. She took down my information and told me that one of the sales reps would be in contact with me. Here we are two weeks later, and I still haven't heard a word. The project has already been completed by a competitor, and I still haven't even gotten

We have used Griffin twice and had a great experience. We have used them for fence and for metal gate. The sales team was great and the installers were professionals and knew what they were doing. Most importantly the Instalation crew was very careful about making sure of cleaning up before they left. The after sales and Instalation follow up call was a good gesture. I recently had my fence replaced by Griffin and couldn't be happier. Joey the sales rep was very helpful. He was on time for our appointment, presentable and made my wife and I feel conformable right from the start. His knowledge of product is spot on. I was presented with a verity of design options and even had the option of choosing a custom design of my own. I'm an ex general contractor and have built many fences of my own as well as hired several fence companies in the past. After 2 months' research and getting estimates from 3 different companies, Griffin Fence came in with a very competitive bid and, more importantly, responded quickly to tele calls and email questions. We worked with John Barclay from the start who provided extensive information about the company, the materials and what to expect in the process. And John came back to talk personally with each of the 2 neighbors who were sharing in the expense of a new wood fence to make sure all of their wishes were met. I had Griffin Fence install a driveway gate and short fence when I had my house built. The quality of the work was pretty good but the company seriously misrepresented the quality of the gate opener and replacement parts. I have had to have the gate opener repeatedly repaired and put in a supposedly "non-rusting" chain (twice) that has immediately rusted. Griffin Fence supervisors/managers are hard to get a hold of and have misrepresented their products.
However, the service personnel who come out to do the work on both the mechanism and the fence have done a great job.
