Awful awful awful experience. Driver was ten minutes away, unlocked my car within 20 seconds, $200. thats fine, its expensive for this kind of work. However he proceeded to scream at me that I must use cash. Directed me to a bank, when I entered a 711 to use their ATM he chased me and screamed at me. He followed me back to my car, was shaming me for my car not being clean, and made me feel threatened and unsafe. I dont understand why I couldn't use my card, I can only think it's so he could pocket the cash. When I called the company they couldnt see how much he had charged me. The screaming and

I locked myself out of the house just the bottom handle. I called she said there was a $15 fee for him to come then the starting price was $35 and the price goes up with the level of difficulty.. the lock was a very simple lock so I figured it would be the starting price. The guy got here in 30 minutes he looks at the lock I told him just the handle lock and he said $139.. My dad negotiated with him down to $100 he agreed. He put 2 inflatable bags in the door and opened it in 30 seconds.. what could have been more simple than that other than an unlocked door? Bottom line he price gouged me tried

We called this service, based on Google recommendation. My son had locked the keys in a running vehicle and did not have a lockout kit readily available. The answering service/dispatch was very polite, and the technician did call back very quickly, however, he gave a 30 minute eta but it took more than an hour. Traffic may have been the cause. It took him five minutes to unlock the door using an air wedge lockout kit and he charged $185 which is extremely above average. Needed a locksmith and found the Key Man online. They came out same day and were very helpful and professional. My elderly father was nervous about having someone come to his home to change his locks and Roy made him feel at ease.
