Worst company ever. They will over communicate with you during the quote process but once you hand them the deposit it's total silence. No communication. I kept having to text for updates because they would not answer calls and voice mail is not set up. Company is run by two guys who never answer calls. They promised their work to be done in 2 to 3 weeks. It took almost 4 months. I gave deposit on October 4th. They blamed Covid for shipping delays but when Quartz came in the week before Thanksgiving they blamed the holidays and being to busy to install. Did not install until January 24th. Then

Unprofessional, lack communication skills, lots of broken promises on start dates and completion dates. Owner and project manager did not communicate well and mocked our questions and concerns. Took 10 weeks to complete our kitchen when they promised 2-3 weeks max. Very disappointed with their job and company. I would think twice before hiring this company.

I will summarize the engagement with MGI. First, the initial installation date was scheduled for the first week of January, but that got pushed for weeks due to all sorts of excuses that I will detail later, and my family didn't have anything but a temporary sink we had to install in the laundry room for a month. The installation didn't go very well because there was a lot of miscommunication between Ed and my wife and Ed and the installer (Dave), and because of a tweak to one of the cabinets the apron on one of the sinks couldn't be installed so Ed promised that they would finish up as soon as

After receiving a quote for over $11,000 to replace our granite in the kitchen from a big box store, I decided to give MGI granite a call. They did exactly what we wanted for a third of the cost. They were very responsive before, during and most importantly- after the job was complete.
A month or so after the install, I noticed the job needed some more caulking. I contacted them and they came right out to make the repair! Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone wanting great value for their money.

Edward and David are a great team, Im been in the military for 20 years and I always go to 2 or 3 different companies for estimates on almost everything I purchase, I did for my countertops and these guys are cheaper than the other 2 companies and their worksmanship is beautiful.
