Although we had to wait longer than expected to have the project completed (due to major delays in supply chain manufacturing of the components) Legacy Bath & Kitchen has exceeded our expectation. The quality of the product and work was outstanding. The installing team, Brent and Javier were extremely professional, they were punctual, kept the work space clean, worked very efficient and explained everything during the process. The whole experience was great, starting with the Sales agent Kha and the office staff. We highly recommend this company.

We were treated with absolute professionalism and courteousness from our initial visit to the showroom through the end result.
Our designer, Priscilla, was thorough and helpful in understanding our needs and wants.
The crew were always on time, communicated what they would be doing each day, they stayed on task, and were always extremely neat considering the work they were performing.
Our bathroom turned out BEAUTIFUL! We get compliments from all of our house guests.

Legacy gave us a new master bath by taking our old shower down to the raw studs, replacing all materials and finishing out with a beautiful finish and safe new shower and vanity. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and they worked consistently to get this job done! We are very pleased with the job they did, and their follow up with us. We requested an estimate to remove a bathtub in our upstairs master bedroom. We are aging and planning to stay put n the house we paid already off. A representative visited us and told us he would get back to us. He never did. When we called him for an update a week later, he informed us that he had yet some numbers to do, but we should consider (1) around $10,000, and (2) to find another contractor since they were more of an upscale end company. Patronizing? Yes. Condescending? Absolutely.

Just completed our master shower remodel. Very pleased with the outcome. Went from tile to the one piece wrap around and floor base. Only down side was length of time to get materials. Not legacy's fault. Manufacturing, lack of employees, and transportation due to covid Our experience from from Kha Le and Vivian doing the design and estimate, to the team of Eddie and Isaac doing install was great. They left the job site clean everyday and the craftsmanship and professionalism was the best. Would not use anyone else in the future. We are very pleased with the job. Jason was a pleasure to deal with
