Great experience, we picked out a beautiful set of woodland fireplace logs. The installation took about an hour, easy to use, warms our living room well without being too hot. I very rarely leave a review but felt I had to due to the experience I just had at this place of business. My wife and I wanted to purchase a ceramic log insert so decided to visit. We got there and another couple were there being assisted by one of the salesman. We are patient and understand with only one person there we would have to wait. I work in retail so completely understand we have to be patient and looked at the literature they had and the setups they have there. They were ridiculously prompt in getting to the house to assess the current grill, and found that our prior installation had resulted in the the wood housing being burnt. They were able to fix the housing for the new grill, replaced the wood with steel at a very reasonable price, and we had the new grill installed within a

From the first meeting with Manage Chris in their showroom to the final installation of the product we chose, everything was first class all the way. Chris took the time to show us all the fireplace insert choices we had and explained everything we asked. BTW, a very clean, spacious showroom. We made our selection and reserved a date for installation. Cozy Outdoor Escapes technician Cody arrived on time for our installation. Very friendly, informative, professional and careful from start of installation to perfect cleanup. We couldn't have asked for a better product or treatment. Easy 5 star rating

Update. We love our “zero clearance” fireplace. It is very efficient with it’s outside air intake for the combustion chamber. It heats our home well with much less wood consumed compared to regular fireplaces.
I highly recommend the additional hot air blower. It blows heated air 50’ away and keeps the fireplace den room comfortable and not super-heated.
Only negative — the door seal came off after the first couple of uses. We bought some high temp glue and put it back on. Additionally,
