Do not ever ever get your warranty from this company they are a rip off a total waste of time money for your extended warranty. Rip this contract up immediately they do not honor nothing and you can't talk to nobody.

I would never recommend. To get them to do right by you after the vehicle is purchased should be unexpected. My experiences and what I'm dealing with is outrageous. My last and final problem with them is the fact I purchased and paid for a 2 year unlimited mile warranty. Apparently paperwork got messed up. The dealer has one contract. The warranty company has another..... my trans blows and nobody is willing to take responsibility. Just my money. Not sure what this review will do for anyone but my experience with them has been terrible... ps I will be talking to lawyers.

Customer service is terrible on all sides from accounts to customer service! I've had multiple problems from having the company paying for the warranty service that I paid for! If you buy a car and they offer this company go find another dealership! This is the worst company ever do not do business with them!

Horrible company the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not want to pay the mechanics when work is done and dispute every penny. Please dont make the same mistake I did and avoid this company at all cost. I would give zero stars if I could.

This is probably the WORST experience I have ever had, I paid 3,300$ for a warranty with the company. I have had a starter go out, and they only paid 300$ out of a 900$ job! Now, I have a crank shaft that has broken on my truck, which requires a whole new engine replacement, and they are refusing to cover, due to the fact that the truck has surface rust. The rust has nothing to do with why the vehicle mechanically malfunctioned. They want me to take it to another mechanic, and have them tear down the engine and send someone out to look at it, which no guarantees they will cover it which means I

If there was a zero star option, I would have chosen it. There is no record of my vehicle by VIN when I call the number on the brochures, and never has been. For one year I had claims that I couldn't process. There is nothing about this warranty that deserves any praise. If you're lucky, someone will eventually reach out to you to get your claims covered. It took me one year and the threat of going to court. This has been nothing but a huge headache!

Still waiting to see if they are gonna cover repairs on my car. Its been a month already. Spent over a thousand dollars on Lyft rides and rental fees. Ridiculous. This is so wrong! Would not recommend to anyone.

I give this joke of a company less than 1 star!!! I paid $2100 for an unlimited mileage extended warranty on a vehicle I purchased less than a year ago. The engine is a total mess! Dead in my driveway, “blown” is what 2 different mechanics are saying. A claim was submitted to Diamond and denied. Reasons “parts not covered”. I have requested the page of exclusions this woman is speaking of as I think it’s a crock of ****. They are finding any and all ways to say parts are not covered!!!!! It’s NOT fair, it’s BAD business and I WILL be filing a major lawsuit. Stay FAR away from these
