Overall I have had nothing but a great experience at Carmix. Great communication from the start with Robert who was the internet sales contact. Friendly and informative, I couldn't ask for more. When I arrived from out of state for a test drive Joe, the sales manager, was there and had the car ready to go. After the test drive and a few phone calls we agreed on a price and the transaction could not have gone smoother, other than waiting for a few minutes for Ron, the owner, to come in from his home because it was after hours to sign papers. Would 100% recommend purchasing a car from Carmix. I worked with Joe and Jon and both were extremely professional yet still very personable. I drove my car from Florida to Pennsylvania to purchase my next car. When I got there everyone was very helpful. No stress during any of the process. I even forgot my title and they still had no problem with me taking the car. Great car no problems on my trip back to Fl. Jon and Ron were both very helpful and I would buy from them again.
