My experience with Covas Construction was great. Jeremy met with me right away, helped me determine the scope of work to be done, and gave me a reasonable quote and timeline. Covas Construction went above and beyond our expectations. We were in need of a new roof and were referred to Covas Construction by a family member. We had been shopping round and were being quoted an outrageous amount of money to replace our roof even with us opting for the most cost effective materials. I reached out to 3 companies and Jeremy replied to my request first and very promptly. We used Covas Construction for a playroom addition in our home and opening our staircase up. Jeremy was so great to work with. We really enjoyed, Phillip, one of his workers. Jeremy did a wonderful job keeping us informed/updated throughout the entire process. Our room turned out great! A tree fell on our house the random day it snowed in March, luckily minor damage was done. I called numerous companies and the quotes were outrageously high when they found out insurance was involved. One company had to have 4 estimates done by 4 different people because it was different departments.
Then I called Jeremy at Covas Construction. He came out right away and did 2 seperate quotes. One to repair everything that was broken and another to replace my whole roof, gutters and repair what damage that was caused by the tree. His overall bid was far less than any other company that came out

Jeremy and his entire team was as professional as they come. They came out promptly to give us a quote on updating our kitchen. His quote was competitive with other companies we had contacted and his interaction with us during the quote process made us feel confident in his ability to complete the job. Once we decided on a start date, Jeremy and his team did everything they could to keep the project moving at a steady pace.
