Victor came to service our house. It was just before Thanksgiving and he was pretty new. It was obvious that he wanted to do a good and thorough job. And he did. Really love this company. I've never had a service that did so much! Our technician always does a thorough job. They clean all cobwebs and bug nests from the outside and spray the house for prevention. Inside the house they will spray for bugs and check for rodents inside and outside. Very good value for the money. Will continue to use them.

The Croach Pest Control door to door sales person took advantage of a young USAF airman who didn't know realize he was signing a contract even he agreed to sign up for your service. Expensive service, still had bugs, and charged a $200 fee to cancel service. Pricey life lesson for him. Shame on you. Not a good look!

I have been super happy with the serve from Croach. The technicians are helpful and thorough. In between services I saw a mouse in my garage and they were out in two days taking care of the problem. My neighbors have ants, I told them that that was an issue and it wasn’t for me. The price is competitive. So far they are win-win for me!

I had been using Croach for a year and I tried to cancel my account and services, they said I had signed a 2 year contract, which I was unaware of.
I told them I wasn't happy with the service and they charge me the remainder of the contract and then continued to come to my house and spray during the day when I was at work. I called and told them I had canceled and they said ok, we will only bill your card one more time for this extra service after the contract ended.
I said no, I didn't agree to the service and I won't pay. They said, well we came out and sprayed, so you have

We had two mole hills when we called croach. They do NOT try and catch your moles or hardly try to kill them for that matter. They bait them with worms and all it does is create more mole hills. They also told me it's illegal for them to trap the moles, yet I am finding plenty of other legal companies in Washington who will trap or kill moles.
Our problem is now much worse after we spent $250 with croach. Would not recommend specifically for mole problems.

We were dealing with a mouse problem so I called for my Aunt and scheduled. Cassie was awesome! First off she was right on time! Our initial evaluation took about an hour or so. Showed me pictures of everything she found and explained how extensive the damage is. I explained money was a bit of an issue right now and she explained that the upward cost was steep but would be able to work with us on a payment plan. Also was able to put me in contact with a contractor to help fix other issues that were related to our pest issue. I was impressed by the presentation and was told the carpenter ants would be gone within a couple of days. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case (it took over a week). Including the contract would be for a few months. It appears their administration isn't aware of the presenters training. I did complain about the extension of the contract that I wasn't aware of. Their admin is tricky about transitioning the subject which wore me down and the phone tags. I'm responsible for not reading the contract thoroughly. I originally contacted Croach to repair damage to my crawl space by rodents. I paid them thousands of dollars to replace some Insulation and vapor barrier then contracted with them for rodent prevention. Each time they came out (charging hundreds) their report was no rodent activity. Today I had my home pre-inspected for sale and was told by the inspector that there was rodent activity and damage to the insulation I had paid them to replace. I called Croach and eventually got a return call from a manager who said this; "we are not responsible for rodent activity".... not sure why

They left the backyard gate open, which we specifically asked them to be extremely cautious about, and our dogs ran away. So I would not give them your business, they are clearly negligent at the properties that they treat. And no, there is nothing that can be done to "rectify" the situation, because once you've effed up this bad, I will not trust you with my property ever again.

Another warning to AVOID Croach! Even Yelp Elites get had!
We had a bad rat problem and it's actually gotten worse since Croach has been here over the past 3 months. They were just in the crawlspace; now they're in the kitchen.
The technicians are very polite, smiling but they do shoddy work and when you call to complain, they're apologetic on the phone, but that's it. Nothing is ever done about escalating situations. Even I know that mouse traps are too small for rats! C'mon!
Worst of all, they're INCOMPETENT. The rats are in our ductwork, so when bidding to clean
