We had an amazing experience with Watson’s plumbing department today! I had a different company come out twice they didn’t want to do anything they barely looked for our main drain and just said nothing we can do. Watson sent their tech Wayne out and he was very thorough, he found our main drain in under 5 minutes. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing! He fixed our issue! Daniel in the office was also very helpful and made a lot of light in a messy situation I appreciate all of you very much!

After we used 3 different plumbers, and having gone almost 2 weeks with the same very complex issue, we contacted Abel at Watson (who was recommended by friends). He knew what the issue was when we discussed it by phone, came over with a technician and immediately diagnosed it correctly and addressed it. It was a huge relief. Quality of the work was incredible. Really cared about our situation and took care of it as if it were his house. I would highly recommend

From the beginning of the job to the end Watson Plumping was excellent. Daniel informed me what they would have to do to solve the plumbing problem. I called several other companies to no avail. Watson understood I needed this solve right away. They expedited the service. Watson gets 5 stars. I would easily recommend them to anyone. Also the plumbers cleaned up everything once job was completed. Staff was very professional. The BEST!

I was having some work phone issues while currently working from home so my company called Watson and the next morning Sam showed up right on time. He was courteous, respectful, funny, friendly, and he fixed my issue and got my phone up and running. When he was done he made sure everything was cleaned up and moved back in place and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Sam and thank you Watson! :-)

Being raised in a family of electricians, we had never needed to call one. Time marches on thru retirements, etc and a need arose. We called several places that offered appointments weeks away however this was an issue that could not wait. We called Watson Electric and spoke with Daniel who understood the urgency of our problem and worked with us. Three days later, Troy (electrician) came out and had diagnosed the problem as being JEA’s responsibility although JEA had been out previously and said it was on our side. Troy was secure in his assessment and convinced the JEA rep to recheck his voltages

I am happy with the service and the work performed by Watson Plumbing, Dave was very professional, and the price was reasonable. I was pleased that they were nice to us even though we have an unusual house and even though this was a small job. If I need plumbing services again, they would be whom I would call.

Watson Maintenance has done several jobs at my home, including re-plumbing my house, installing a water softener and tankless water heater, and electrical work. They’ve always been very quick to come out when I called them, and their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for friendly workers and professional services.

The representatives with Watson electric were knowledgeable and polite. I had quotes from 4 different electricians, Watson was both the easiest to work with and the most timely.
