Mark and his team were top notch to deal with. From the initial estimate to finishing and cleaning up, I could not have asked for better service. It feels great to work with people who clearly know what they are doing and have deep respect for the trees they are working with. I had a much higher quote from a large state wide tree company that wanted to drive a bucket truck through my backyard and drop power lines in order to take down the large pine that was clearly dying. Mark and his crew took a completely different approach, climbing the tree to take it down. Much less invasive, very effective

We were concerned about the health of a few trees in our backyard. Mark made time immediately to come to our home and inspect the trees. He was on time, friendly, efficient, and answered all of our questions about the trees. He was very honest and told us our trees did not need immediate servicing, but provided recommendations regarding potential steps we will need to take over the coming years. Excellent and very honest service; we will likely use them for all tree needs in the future. They will tell you truthfully if a tree needs to be cut, trimming, etc. - so if you are not a tree expert (most of us aren’t, but these guys are) - you can trust that what they’re telling you is accurate.

Mark is the quintessential professional. He reviewed trees on our property and conservatively suggested those that needed removal. He provided a date for service, showed up on time with his team, and worked diligently and unobtrusively over a one and a half day period. He took great care removing a large pine without damaging surrounding yard or irrigation. Hands down amazing tree removal! I highly recommend these folks. They were reasonably priced, clean, professional, and detail oriented. When the owner came by to do an estimate I appreciated how politely and respectfully he spoke to me: he treated me like I have a brain while simultaneously showing me what was ailing my tree and pointing out factors that would play in its removal. I worked with Pure Tree Care to cut down a very large sycamore that was about 5 feet away from my house a couple months back. The team was very nice and respectful. They arrived on time everyday, worked diligently, and had all the appropriate gear on hand to complete the job. This was a very difficult job. They were cutting down a very large tree wedged between my house and a shed. They did a great job with a very precise removal of the tree. Mark was a pleasure to work with and a lifesaver! During Hurricane Florence a large oak came down in front of our house blocking our driveway boxing us in completely. Within 90 mins of reaching out to him, Mark was on the scene that Sunday afternoon, despite the wind and rain, to help rescue us. He was polite, professional and the price was very reasonable. Mark and his team removed a very large (120ft++) dangerous injured tree from a very tight spot in my yard today. The tree was growing over a fence and leaning towards drive & house. Mark climbed the tree, safely removed it a piece at a time and lowered the pieces carefully between the other trees / fence / etc. When finished they cleaned up the whole site immaculately. Very impressed with the whole experience. Price was excellent as well. I would definitely use Pure Tree Care again.
