Collin has worked on two projects at my home, bathroom and kitchen. He is easy to work with, accommodating and patient. I had a few changes and he worked with me. Lundy Construction & Remodeling LLC built a deck on my house. Their attention to detail was great to see. Easy to talk to about changes and what was to happen next. They know construction extremely well and do a top notch professional job. Collin had some great suggestions that we love the stairs alongside the hose and color choices look fantastic with the house. Collin has done a lot of quality work on our old home. Most recently he helped us remodel our kitchen, or I should really say he built a new kitchen for us. We had several problems that needed to be dealt with such as uneven floors that led to difficult cabinet installations. Home Depot refused to do it. Collin offered great ideas and exceptional work that created a kitchen we love to be in. He was easy to work with throughout the entire process, and answered our many questions patiently. This was a project that had many problems to sort out, but Collin led us through it professionally.

My wife and I decided to tear down our old deteriorating garage and build a new one. We had a general idea of the custom design we wanted and Collin was able to bring that idea to life! Colin was absolutely fantastic to work with in competing my basement. He became my general contractor and organized various sub contractors including painting and plumbing.
Quality of work is outstanding. Especially the tile work for the bathroom and floor to ceiling fireplace. His framing and design of the basement earns ‘Wow’ feedback from my friends and neighbors.
Colin is extremely customer focused, ethical and upright in his work and estimates. Over the course of finishing my basement he earned my complete trust.
