I was having a heating problem and called because the person who installed the HVAC system last August 2020 would not respond. It turns out this guy put in a 2016 Coleman system NOT a Goodman 2020 which I paid for. This man was Jerome Thomas of Jerome's Heating & Air. JD and Lane came out from Toms and determined what the problem and fixed it. I can't thank them enough and will report Jerome's to the BBB. The part that was bad cost me $1446.68.

My existing AC unit quit working in the hottest part of summer. I called Toms Heating & Air and they were here to repair it (in the pouring rain) within a few hours of my call. They also installed a ductless AC system. They were here when they said they'd be, very polite and professional. Since the system is new, I can't speak about the quality of the product yet, I will update my review on that later. But based on their service, I would recommend Toms Heating and Air Conditioning.
Now over 2 months with the ductless AC, they work great, much cooler in the entire house and reduced my electric

They replaced our indoor air handler a few months back and did beautiful work on the install. They were very responsive, performed great quality work, and completed in a timely manner.
They came out again today to fix our heat pump (installed by a different HVAC company) and they were here the next morning and had our AC up and running again very quickly.
Toms is a great choice for your HVAC services.
