I contacted Advanced Technical Services based on their outstanding on-line reviews. Mike, the owner, was exceptional. I purchased a used houseboat which has a conventional residential heating and cooling system. The system was not working at all, due to previous owner's neglect. On Mike's initial visit he diagnosed four separate issues, two of which required special-order parts. Upon receiving the needed parts, Mike contacted me to coordinate his second visit, upon which all the problems were resolved. My system has been performing perfectly ever since. Mike is very personable and extremely knowledgeable

Had a very positive experience with Advance Technical Services today. I Came up to SML and A/C was completely without power.. thermostat did not even have a display. Mike was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and we discussed what could have caused the problem. Given my situation Mike suggested a very reasonable course of action and even gave me some suggestions to quickly address and get me back running if it happens again. Will definitely call again if I have any issues.

We went with Mike on the recommendation of a friend and couldn't be happier. Mike and Lee replaced our downstairs heat pump for substantially less than other quotes (with identical equipment) while going above and beyond to answer questions and keep us updated on scheduling in the days prior.

We have now used Mr . Johnston for several different reasons. He has become our complete go-to guy for any of our heating and a/c needs. He has not only serviced our systems for several years now, this past year during our home renovation he installed a different style unit on our walls. They have been super efficient and we couldn’t be happier. He is quick to answer when we call with simple questions too. 😊

The owner of Mike Johnson is very professional, and knowledgeable. He simply diagnoses and fixes what’s wrong with it with no up selling, no contract pictures and no overcharges. I wouldn’t even think of using anybody else for my HVAC services!

Very pleased with the service we received from ATS. They installed 2 ductless mini splits in our home. ATS is extremely knowledgeable in assessing what system we needed, as well as the installation process. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend their services and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
