Behzad and his team did a great job! Any time you build a home you are going to run into problems. Aria Build (especially Peter) went above and beyond to ensure those problems were fixed quickly accurately and with little, if any delay to the project. We enjoyed our time working with them. We certainly are not the easiest client to deal with and they never showed me anything but respect and patience. I would recommend considering them for your next project. Ask for Peter to be your Project Manager. He was great!

My parents helped me invest in my first home - I wanted to add this disclaimer because it is RIDICULOUSLY difficult to own your first home without some financial help. I was concerned about getting an older house because of the amount of renovations that were required; however, I knew that a custom-built house was out of my current budget. I spoke with Aria Build extensively before making my purchase because I knew all of the renos I had in mind and I wanted to make an appropriate budget. We engaged Aria Build for a major renovation to the main floor of our century house. This involved a complete gutting of the space back to the studs in order to build in a completely change the whole layout and design. To this we added a reno of the upstairs bath and a rebuild of our deck. Along the way we also had our roof, chimney and other items repaired. From our first meeting with Behzad we were impressed with his integrity, his energy and his readiness to work with us

We hired Aria Build to do a major renovation of our 1970s bungalow - top floor addition, total interior and exterior remodel. Entire team was fantastic and handled all work with great professionalism and attention to detail. All aspects of the renovation were taken care of - from design and permits to final cleanup before we moved back in. They provided detailed schedule, set up weekly meetings to discuss progress, maintained frequent communication as necessary, provided us with lots of valuable recommendations for the selection of finishes.
