Whether you're moving nearby, within the state, or interstate -- Veterans is the way to go. Mark & Kara were very responsive and sent me three movers to ensure everything was done as fast as possible. I even had to move the timeframe of my move and they accommodated this request with no issue. Dominic, Luis & Nick couldn't have been more professional and worked through lunch to wrap up the move within 5 hours from beginning to end. They all had years of experience and the strength to move various large items. I highly recommend Veterans Moving Co.

We used Veteran Movers to move from one home to another in Boca Raton and thought they were terrific! Mark and Cara were beyond communicative every step of the way! They answered calls and texts immediately and worked with us to accommodate our schedule. Their employees were professional, careful and a pleasure to work with and Mark and Cara both were there to make sure all went well. Their prices were fair and they wanted us to be happy which we were! I would definitely recommend them and use them again for another move or just furniture set up in our home.

The movers themselves were amazing. However, the company is dishonest. I called and explained that I had 3 storage units full of things that I need delivered to a house. Everything was brand new and in boxes and I asked about them helping with assembling the stuff too. They said yes on the phone. I asked if they were sure bc I called a few other moving companies and they said they would only assemble something if they disassembled it. When Mark and Cara told me yes, I asked again letting them know it’s BRAND NEW furniture and I would need it assembled from scratch, they both said yes. So on the

Mark and his team delivered an excellent experience. His honesty is refreshing. He gave us numerous tips to save us money (at his expense). Few businesses exist anymore with this kind of integrity. We moved from Florida to Tennessee and we did it stress free. His team wrapped our furniture like it was their own. Outstanding workmanship and professionalism. We have used Veteran Moving Company three times in 12 months as we sold a house, went into a rental and then went into storage and now in our forever home. This last move was my 30th move due to my time in the military and working for a large corporation so I have seen all types of moving companies- large and small. All three of our moves were led by Zach and he was a phenomenal team leader and his crews are rock star and extremely professional! I only got an estimate from one other company, then I received a card in the mail from Veterans Moving company. They have their picture on the card with information about Mark being a Marine. Just looking at the picture & the card I said to myself “ I’m going to hire them.” The first time I called in was early afternoon and I left a voice message. That evening Mark returned my call and we set up a day and time for him and his wife Cara to come to my home and give me an estimate. When Mark realized he was going to be late he was courteous

When I first contacted Mark @ Veteran Moving co. He stressed how careful they were. After the move I found out how untrue this was.
I have nicks, scrapes and gouges on at least 8 pieces of furniture. Chairs broken, tables with large chunks taken out and that is just what I have found so- far, a week after my move. Hire at your own caution.

Don't let the fact that this company doesn't have so many reviews dissuade you. They are a new company, and give every customer their full attention. Family owned and operated. The person you talk to on the phone is the person who will be managing your move. They treated me very professionally, and moving day went like clockwork. Everything arrived in great condition. Can't be happier! Will definitely use them again next time.

Moving sucks plain and simple ! However , when you hire a professional and courteous company it gets a little better. Marc the owner and his wife were very professional in setting up my quote and appointment even though there were some technical issues on their website. On the day of the move Nick and Jean arrived promptly at 9:00am on the dot. They were professional, efficient and respectful. The move was smooth as ever. All my furniture was wrapped, taped , and treated with respect. They don't try to nickel and dime you for every little piece of tape or boxes that they use. Remember

They moved us twice, efficient, friendly, on time, well priced; however, we have discovered multiple boxes marked fragile all over that had damaged goods in them, a new washer & dryer scratched, several pieces of expensive furniture damaged, dinged, scratched and or torn. We wrote to Mark to share this and he had no reply other than to acknowledge his contact with homeowner to repair ceiling that was damaged day of 2nd move. He did not say any apologies, thank you's or any consideration for our damaged goods. Three rating is averaged out over two moves. We would suggest a 5 star rating
