We hired Renzo Alva to replace our aging back porch and stairs with a 12'X13' deck and platform stairs. He and his crew knocked this project out in one day...including taking down existing structure. Very conscientious and able crew. New deck is very stable and very secure. They cleaned up the area and blew out the parking area. Deck is beautiful and we are enjoying the good weather from there. Happy with the job and Mr. Alva was very obliging and easy to work with. I would recommend this company for any remodelling jobs you might have.

My mother and I have been working with Reno directly. Starting from pricing he literally came to the house on three different occasions to do estimates, he takes his work seriously. He really works with you on price. We literally were worried about the budget but he made us feel very good about his work, very professional. And he has been killing it. When I tell you my dog was literally right under his legs squatting down barking and yelling at him the entire day while he was working and he was so patient, and beyond words. Really caring about our dog, and when he left cleaned the entire house
