Called Peter on a older rim to see if they had one and they did. He stated the box had never been opened so we drive 3 hours to purchase rim. After we purchased it we noticed the box was retapped so I looked at it and the rim was damaged. So dealership decided to issue me a credit for damaged rim. Mind you I paid cash for the rim. Darcars would not… reimburse me my money on the spot. I had to wait for them to send the information to accounting and they would issue me a check. Could take up to 15 days. I still don’t have my money and Peter can’t tell me if check has been issued

I hate leaving bad reviews, because I feel like most establishments have room for improvement. However, this management team is the worst. Their sales personnel are great! Super friendly, consistent follow-up, etc. But the managers and owners, take advantage of the customers. How are you going to tell me I have NO choice but to buy the Darcars insurance policy. Legally, I have the right to decline the offer. Don’t try to belittle your customers, as if they lack zero common sense. Be aware when dealing with this dealership. Check ALL paperwork, if you just have to use them.

My son recently purchased a truck from this dealership, within 3 days mechanical problems occurred. When we contacted the dealership to have them take a look we assumed they would correct the issues under the Maryland required 30 day, 3,000 mile warranty. They called us several days later to tell us they are covering nothing it is our problem. We… have made several attempts to contact the general manager to find out what the details are and he won’t get on the phone nor will he return my phone calls. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS

I'm very angry with this dealership, because they are taking more that 2 months to give me the metal tag. And I'm still waiting for. This people are very irresponsible.
I get an ford F 150 2021 price 48,000 and they are very irresponsible. I have to loss work's day because the tag are expired. Nobody going to pay me loss days work.

I honestly did like the customer service provided at this dealership. The person who helped my husband and me did an excellent job. His name is Farzad. I highly recommend him to anyone because he provides us with so much help and supports from beginning to end. Now we have our vehicle And enjoying it.

The only reason I gave a 1-star rating is that there's no 0-star rating (or less). DARCARS Ford has treated me from start to finish like an insignificant bug (although one who handed them $35000 cash). I still don't know who my salesperson was, since I was dumped onto Chico, the "finance" guy.
Chico consistently lied to me. 3 weeks ago, he promised me that DARCARS would mail the $500 they owe me for the Farm Home rebate owed to me; to date, it hasn't arrived. We have bought two cars now from DARCARS Ford in Lanham and we have been so pleased with the entire staff and their kindness and friendliness. Wow, I don’t even know where to start. Alright, I trade in my car on June for a Mustang, it has been a nightmare getting a car with Darcars they do not care about customers. It took them 60+ days to send the payoff of my car while I was being ignored by Allison ( finance director), I had to get to the dealership several times to put pressure on… them because they don’t care.
