Scott's journey to becoming one of the most respected and accomplished custom homebuilders in the Valley started from a summer job as a framing carpenter during his college years. Upon graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance, he was hired as a Superintendent with U.S. Home and enjoyed a successful tenure at the company.

Last year I wrote a rather bad review for the company that built my house, Sonora West Development. Unfortunately, I fee it necessary to write another one and inform potential clients of my issues that the president is not willing to rectify or even offer advice on how I should proceed.
Last year, I had a scratch on the front door window pane, and a big chip in the guest shower porcelain. The company was not willing to do anything about it unless I removed my Houzz comments which I would not do until the work was completed.

We love our dream home. The home took 13 months to complete, partially from issues with the city, weather and a project manager that is no longer there. Once Monique started the project started to move along a lot faster. She stayed on top of all of the trades to make sure not only they get done on time but also with quality craftsmanship in mind. The wait was well worth it and we love being able to share our home with family and friends.
