Thank you RB Plumbing!! Rick responded to my request within minutes and came to my home in under an hour on a Friday. He was professional, friendly and very informative. He showed us what was wrong with our garbage disposal (blades were done) and gave us a price on a new one plus installation which was a fair price. Since we just moved to Running Springs, we didn't know if someone could come out right away but Rick saved us! Please consider him for any of your plumbing needs!

Contacted this plumber, we confirmed a date, he said he would let me know close to the date what time he would be here and NOTHING!
No contact, no show. I would not recommend this plumber, he is unreliable. He has time to post on his facebook page but not the time to follow through with a customer. He has no consideration for the customers time. I see the vendor posted that we only communicated by a facebook post but that is not true. We had been communicating with Facebook messenger on two different days, with him specifying a day he would be available to do the work. If messenger was not

I would highly recommend Rick at RB Plumbing. Rick returned my call within a few minutes and was out the very next day. Very professional & knowledgeable and was able to replace my shut off valve and install a new pressure regulator. Rick explained what needed to be done and was very honest and upfront with everything.

I highly recommend RB Plumbing! I had an urgent situation. My water heater went out and I had renters there Worst situation ever!
I gave RB Plumbing a call since he's close by. Rick was able to get out the very next morning (called late the day before) fixed whatever was broke within no time! Renters were happy to get their shower in! Fair price too! Thanks again Rick!

The previous water filter was leaking at my cabin and quickly caused a lot of damage in the kitchen/great room and basement below. I found RB Plumbing on Yelp and the excellent reviews were right on target. Rick was quick to respond to my need and handled the payment via the phone and email, since I live 100 miles away. He installed a new filter, checking for any further un-noticed problems.
In the future I will contact Rick with his RB Plumbing business whenever I need a plumber.

What a lifesaver Rick was for us! We had contacted another company to replace our broken water heater and they bailed on us the morning they were supposed to do the job. We called Rick and within a few hrs. the job was done to perfection! We even added a faucet install in the kitchen and he took care of that as well! If you want the job done efficiently, conscientiously and for a very reasonable price ...please don't hesitate to call. We definitely will!!!

Rick of R. B. Plumbing is fantastic: He's professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and will be up front and honest when assessing your plumbing needs.
My husband and I purchased a home with a 14-year-old water heater. It only lasted about a week after close of escrow before the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. While running under the house every 20 minutes to relight the water heater is great exercise, it gets old fast and isn't something one can do once winter rolls around. We knew we needed a professional to fix or replace the water heater.
