Called early Monday morning, phone was immediately answered by pleasant, professional woman. We were able to get a same day appt. Jason showed up exactly on time, had everything needed to complete two different repairs. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and what we can do to minimize future issues. Great experience from start to finish, would definitely use O'Brien Plumbing again.

Thank you O'Brien's Plumbing! Called on Saturday afternoon and they answered the phone. Wasn't an exchange either, which is fine too, but one less step, so time bonus, especially during an emergency, which I had. Ryan called me shortly there after, walks me though some steps on the phone, decides it's best to come out, which he does within less than an hour from the original call I placed, and gets the job done quickly and cleanly. We have relied on the quality service offered by O'Brien Plumbing for over 7 years, dealing mostly with Tristen and Tyson. Well, no more. Seems these two high quality employees are no longer around...and with them went.this company's service. Our last experience (March 2021) was very negative and we will never use O'Brien Plumbing again. Why? When Jason showed up to repair our tankless water heater he said he didn't know how to fix it, and so as the homeowner it was up to us to repair it!! So long Jason and so long O'Brien Plumbing.

I can't say enough great things about Zion with OBrien plumbing. He is a great representative of the company and is super friendly and informative about the plumbing issues we had. O'Brien Plumbing saved our weekend, and our plumbing!
We had a serious sewer backup occur on Saturday morning in our home at Lake Arrowhead. Called at least 7 different plumbing services leaving messages on their voice mails. Called O'Brien on the recommendation of two different people. Actually talked to a person!! She said the plumber was on a call, but he would head over as soon as he was done. Within 30 minutes Jason arrived. He had located the clean out and was ready to open it up by the time I got downstairs to answer the door.

I have utilized O'Brien Plumbing several times since moving to Crestline from Los Angeles. On each occasion, their representative arrived on time, provided an accurate estimate for the work needed. Their price for the work was reasonable. On every occasion they arrived on time, accomplished the work as promised in a clean, professional manner. I called O'Brien with an emergency plumbing issue and the woman who answered the phone told me I'd have to wait a week to have someone come out. When I told her it was urgent, and I asked if she could refer me, she treated me like I am an idiot. If O'Brien's plumbers are so booked, maybe they should hire more. Better yet -- replace the person answering the phone. In this small town, companies often make referrals. It's Lake Arrowhead, not Wall Street where businesses feel like they have to eat their competitors for lunch. O'Brien was first recommended to us by neighbors

Quoted us 5X another reputable plumber quoted us and for work we did not need. Our experience with O'Brien Plumbing was dishonesty at it's worst. The plumber and his assistant arrived to diagnose the problem. They spent no more than 10 minutes onsite and suggested a fix the was very involved. We did not trust that 10 minutes was sufficient to determine the root cause of our problem and followed up with a different plumber here on the mountain. It turned out, with a little work, that the issue was contained and did not need the multi-thousand-dollar solution quoted by the O'Brien

A good honest plumber. When I initially called in the evening I was told about the after hours fee and if I wanted to wait I could just do the regular service call charge for next day. Needless to say it wasn't an emergency, so that was great. They showed up bright and early to get our toilet unclogged during regular business hours. They were quick, professional, and prices were very reasonable. Hopefully we don't have to call them back anytime soon, but it's nice to know if we are ever in need we have a great plumbing service in the area.

I have worked primarily with Tyson but others on staff have occasionally serviced my home in Lake Arrowhead. Worst company ever! Technician came to review the issue at the property Friday afternoon, was supposed to email me a quote that same day. I didn't received anything, so called Saturday morning. They told me to wait till Monday. I called Monday, they still cant provide a quote. They said they would call me back , they never did. Go anywhere else . Don't waste your time with these incompetent people.

These guys came out and checked my water line for a leak and told me I needed an entire new water main line from the street 2600 bucks I asked if it could be a bad shut off valve and a leaky toilet. Told those valves don't leak. I personally drove 2 hours to check for my self and it was what I thought. Cost me 26 bucks at the hardware store and an hour of labor. These guys though I've heard good things about sure screwed up this trouble shooting. Check the basics boys!

I used these guys years ago, and they were great. This time, they sent out two young men. They told me that their snake wouldn't fit down a two inch clear out pipe. I didn't feel like arguing, letting them know that the previous time they had been out, that was exactly what they did, and for $100 less than what they quoted me.
Next they proceed to tell me that they need to pull off the toilet, to get to the clog from there, looking under the house to confirm it. Then quoting me two, and a half times more money to do it than the clean out.
