We moved to Monroe when my mother remarried. I lived in Monroe for the next 18 years where I got my start in the HVAC industry at the age of 22.
Over the last 11 years I have gained a great amount of skill and knowledge working for 3 great HVAC companies. In June of 2013 I was given the opportunity to start my own HVAC company with my business partner Nate. We both look forward to what the future will bring us.

Great experience with Green Bear Heating and Air. I choose them without knowing much about their business because I was looking for a local option vs. a larger corportation. Shawn, the owner, performed the maintenance personally and talked us through each step. He also helped us understand some concerns we had about our system and what options we had to remedy them. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and experienced. I signed up for regular recurring maintenance. Great company.

Shawn was so responsive and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get my AC up and running sooner than I thought. I had to schedule 2 times because I needed additional repairs but Shawn was very clear in communication and easy to schedule. I would definitely recommend Green Bear Hearing and Air!

Scott came out to kind of a mess of a situation and didn't flinch. He was super friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy enough for someone who knows nothing about this stuff (me) to understand, along with presenting multiple options for solutions moving forward.
