Weird policy, no test drive until you agree in a purchase price? HUH. I LEFT DISAPPOINTED and confused. Who does that ? I have dealt with a LOT of dealers but this was a first. I respect their unique policies but please don't call me and try to give a dumb explanation "we handle RARE cars" there is nothing rare with a GL450. Why would I waste time negotiating for a vehicle that I cannot test drive first.

Not trustworthy - stay far far away from this dealership. This is the kind of place that gives used car salesmen a bad name. They lied and took advantage of our misunderstanding of how the laws governing car dealership sales work.
We saw a truck online and called to confirm availability. They said it was in stock and still for sale so we went to see it. We liked the truck and we committed to buying it. As part of his sales pitch the person helping us told us that someone else was interested in the truck but that they had refused to put down a deposit so it was still available to us. We did not

Terrible experience, stay far away from this dealer.
We found a truck we liked and committed to buying it on a Saturday. The salesperson told us someone else was interested, but they hadn’t put any money down so the truck was available. We didn’t need financing from them so we asked to go through the process of purchasing the truck either with a check or cash. They said they would have to hold the truck until a check cleared so they preferred cash. We said no problem, but because it was Saturday and the bank was closed it would be easier to come with all the cash on Monday, but we didn’t

Salesperson was nice but admitted he w a s new. Website states fast turnaround for financing and no impact on credit. Applied online 2 hours before going there. Had been in correspondence 2 days prior. Car was not there. Saud it would be be back in 5minutes. 20 minutes later I hear someone tell him I can't see it today or anytime soon. Ask about pre qualifying. No answer. 24 hrs later no answer. But, I was concerned as I received 3 notifications of someone checking my credit. Which means effect on my score. Find out besides them checking, they gave my info to other banks who checked also

Good sales people but can't avoid the typical dealership game of bait and switch. Negotiated a price of $14.3k on the Silver 2015 Mustang Convertible (1FATP8EM1F5356297) - good price w.r.t NADA and BlackBookDigital. Car had a transmission fluid leak discovered during trip to mechanic to give the car a pre-purchase once over and a unfixed recall. No biggie. You know what's next. Come time to send paperwork to the bank, $980 appeared as 'ECO FLEX' charge.
