Salcito Custom Homes provides maintenance and property management services for clients throughout Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
We provide a one stop shop and single source accountability for home inspections, warranty and regularly scheduled maintenance service of HVAC, landscape, pest control, pool, filtration, appliance, window and door, exterior wood, mist, fire sprinkler, roof, security (maintenance and monitoring), gate, garage, flooring (cleaning and sealing), fireplace, interior and exterior housekeeping, window, stucco, awning, railing and exterior lighting cleaning.
