The girl on the phone (I can’t remember her name,) was very friendly, professional, & helpful. She was able to get us a same day appt. Daniel was our tech & not only was he very professional & efficient, he was also very knowledgeable & informative. We were very pleased & hope he will be the tech sent here if there are any future issues or need for service. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because of the cost. $90 is steep for someone to just come out & take a look.

We used the plumbing piece of Cassell Brothers to re-pipe the water lines in the attic and to replace two 50 gallon water heaters, also in the attic, with a tankless unit. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work performed. Those who did the job were professional and highly skilled. They were also extremely courteous and accommodated our needs. Special thanks to Steve and Josh for the excellent work!

I had a plumbing emergency on the day after Thanksgiving. I had family in from out of town and my downstairs bathroom was flooding out into the hall area. I called Cassell Brothers and although they were very busy, they were able to send someone out very quickly. Seth was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue saving the day and putting our holiday back on track. What Cassell Brothers (or Seth) did not know is that one of my family members has recently been diagnosed and started treatment for stage 4 cancer. In fact, this is probably the last Thanksgiving

Late notice and no appointment but still had a tech come out same day. Tyler did a great job explaining the issue with the two thermostats and was able to correct the issue. One of the thermostats was not able to be fixed but gave me options and suggestions that were the best and affordable.

Great Service!
A/C went out over the weekend and I called Sunday evening. Kevin came out to look at my unit on Monday and Doug came by to price out a new unit for me on Monday evening.
Both were extremely professional and helpful the entire process. I appreciate Doug taking his time Monday evening to go over all of my options and pricing out a new unit for me.
Brian came on Wednesday morning to install my new unit. He and the guy assisting him were both professional, prompt, and did a great job ensuring my house was protected (foot coverings, drop cloths, etc.) They both were kind and courteous
