We had a tremendous experience having LaBlonde design and build our home! We had a very difficult, odd shaped lot to build on, but Tom was able to design the home of our dreams on it! He interviewed us as to what our likes were and designed around our thoughts! He incorporated a lot of changes that we requested as we went through construction! His creativity was so good! We got a tremendous house at a great value! We highly recommend LaBlonde and would definitely use them again!

We are in the final stages of our home construction with Tom LaBlonde.
It has been a long process between the city of Scottsdale, a few of his subs (who he fires after problems, which he did several times on our house), all of our changes, deliveries from suppliers, supplier cost increases, etc. The majority of Tom's subcontractors are excellent and have been doing business with Tom for a very long time.
But, I can truly say, Tom is an exceptional builder! He designed our house from a rough concept, into an unbelievable house with his ideas. He has an eye for everything from major structural
