We were in the market for about 1800 sq ft of laminate/lvt flooring. We shopped voraciously and settled on a product we liked best. Aaron and his staff were extremely patient and accommodating during our selection process and, ultimately, negotiated a price for product, pad and installation that was very competitive.
We had family arriving for Thanksgiving and really wanted the flooring installed before their arrival. Aaron got to work and made it happen with days to spare. He was able to order the product and have it delivered on-time. A miracle in and of itself with today’s supply line issues

Picked out materials paid half up front and was told
It would take a week or two.
No one called until I called them 2 weeks in. "Oh sorry forgot to call, yes we have your materials "
I said "it happens,
can you still install it and when?"
"Next Wednesday 9am" I said "great see you then" Wednesday morning I get a call 8:59 am "sorry but we don't have the right materials" I reply
"Never mind I just want my back"
Lady says she is not authorized to do that but, she sure was able to take my money 3 and half weeks ago. She then tells me someone will call me back, 4 hours later she calls and says

I learned of The Floor Source in La Grange due to an issue requiring me to file an insurance claim on my home. I had no idea there was a store so close by with such a great selection of all things floor. The Floor Source has a very large selection of carpet, tile, and wood (including laminates, actual wood and more) to chose from.

We recently had our entire upstairs recarpeted. The estimate for our chosen carpet, came in well below the cost of other flooring companies. Joe Blackburn and his crew provided excellent service, and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The men were careful not to scratch our walls. I loved that they cleaned up after themselves and showed respect not only to me and my husband, but also for our property. We will use the Floor Source for any future needs.
