DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CARTOPIA.
They a vehicle that’s check engine light came on a few days after getting it. It’s something major they refuse to fix even with warranty. They also refuse to give me another vehicle. If I don’t pay the vehicle they say it will go on my credit. But they also do not want to fix the car. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND Are selling these vehicles knowing they are messed up.

Everyone was very nice and they got us into the car we wanted and worked with our budget. I came in with sort notice and desperately needed a car for a new job and I drove off in the car that day! Very satisfied with how fast the process was and the car is running well. Esther our sales lady was amazing and made the process fast and smooth. thank you cartopia!!

This place rocks! Went with a friend to get a new car, they helped with every step. Got him a really nice car in his price range, honestly feel they could’ve charged twice as much as they did. They gave us popcorn and drinks while we waiting.
10/10 recommended this place for a car, will come back myself in the future for sure.

I can't begin to say how awesome everyone here is. Esther and Alan helped me get a car when no one else wanted to. Because of them and giving me a chance my credit I'd improving. Bad business sold me a car with transmission needing to be replace and charged me 150 to tow it. 0 stars had the car for two day engine light came on took it to shop to do a full diagnostic and oil change but came back and said I have bigger problem. Esther had me come to the dealer twice 43 dollar lyfe than to me to come back to get a car drive away in loaner car 15 min later she called said I had to bring to car back. I had no way home told a customer to take me home and before the they towed the car left me in Taylor cost me 130 to get home in addition to the 150 for towing the car. Get to the

I regret not taking a mechanic. The transmission is messed up already and the seatbelts in the back don't work. I've asked for them to be replaced and nothing. The car also needs sensors replaced and was asked to tell a friend to fix for me and they'd reimburse the parts??? I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I've been hung up on by Kay, which by the way, is not an honest person. I regret not going thru Esther like I was told to go thru because now that I'm having issues....Esther is the only one that talks to me with some kind of respect. Please....dont buy from here if you

Esther was super amazing and very helpful and was patient and answered every single one of my questions. To my absolute shock, she was able to get me into the best car on the lot! It’s a beauty. And I’m super thankful to have been presented with such friendliness from the entire staff.
However, once we signed and brought it home the cleanliness of the vehicle was very minimal. To the naked eye it looked great but once in the vehicle it was apparent that it hadn’t been cleaned.
Although, for that I still would recommend a vehicle from cartopia! I’m very happy with my Nissan Murano :)

Going to dive in here. Esther was nice. She tried what she could to assist us. That old saying "Salespeople always go for the quick dollar" couldn't be more accurate in regards to our interaction with Cartopia..... She tried to put us in several vehicles that was just outside of our comfortable price range.... When she noticed that she was about to lose our business - she recommended a 2013 Ford Escape out of nowhere and offered it to us for less than our budget. Obviously we were excited & she sensed that and tried to close the deal quickly. Luckily she let us take the car overnight

I have never been more than a month late, until Billy decide to take my payment and notice there was something wrong with the GPS. Instead of explaining it to me. He came at me with “WHERE’S MY CAR” which caught me off guard. All I was trying to do is make a payment. He said he was going to flag my account so no one can take my payment. After that decided to give the car back. I really don’t need to deal with ignorance, especially when my account has been in good standing for over a year. Yes, the car sales ladies are nice but I have heard bad reviews from people who have left Cartopia

I've told other people not to come here unless they were completely desperate for a car and needed one immediately, but after being left stranded by this car over NINE times in a month, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their cars are not reliable and you will be lied to so they can get your money.
Whatever you sign onto, your car will without a doubt die before then and you'll be left to pay more money out of your pocket.
Yes, I got into a car super easy, but that's because this car was better off in a junk yard. Don't let them try to tell you that you should be

If I could continue without giving a star, I would..this place is a ripoff, Holly is a money hungry thief, the cars are not the best, the outside may look nice, but the motor/transmission are crappy. They are all smiles until they get your money and signature and then treat customers like crap...people come here because of convenience, not so good credit, and because just about everybody is approved...red flag!!! Go here only if you are absolutely desperate, otherwise research and find another dealer FAST!!!

Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve had in years, and I used to sell cars...
I went in, after doing a TON of heavy searching online, and not only found my dream car, but my dream saleswoman, Elma G. I test drove 2 cars, the second one being the one I fell in love with. I wasn’t hassled, I wasn’t pressured into making an immediate decision. I was treated like a human being, and talked to with respect. Elma and I sat down, and talked payments and all kinds of stuff. Only reason I haven’t purchased my dream car yet is because I didn’t have my full down payment ready. But trust

The overall purchasing experience was nice. Great, friendly people. Helpful up into the point of sale. (Typical dealer mannerism)
However, MAKE SURE you investigate the mechanical quality of the vehicle before you purchase it!!!! Do it when you test drive it!!
I'm not sure which mechanic they go through for their vehicles (if any) but I will say they wont tell you what's wrong with the vehicle when you ask. Sure it runs and drives.. but that's about it.
My check engine light is blown ( I found that out since It wasn't running right and so I did a code scan on my OBD2 reader. There are 4+ engine

Holly the owner. Is a liar and completely unprofessional. She doesnt like her cars being crirized. We called about our car having issues and asked to speak to her and she never called back. She is rude. Lacks customer service skills and acts like she is above you. She is a compulsive liar. Saying that i was behind a certain amount on payments and that it was on the screen right in front of her but her collections department said different and that she was wrong. She is also doing under the table shady deals with other car dealerships to bring in clients. The car was horrible for only being a few

If I could give 0 stars I would. Here it goes: I just got a 2012 car last Saturday, initial contact was made with Samuel (who got canned apparently) and I was promised the moon and stars from this dealership. On Monday I am already visiting the mechanic shop due to a few different issues. Turns out this car has a few IMPORTANT issues: missing motor mounts, bad transmission, as well as NON-EXISTENT shocks and suspension; all of these issues are not something that happens from one day to the next. I talk to Holly (Horrible manager) as well as Sam (my car salesman- who apparently got FIRED- I WONDER
