Got my Hyundai Elantra GLS here, everyone in this dealership is actually very friendly and helpful, I’ve had many bad experiences dealing with multiple dealerships and so far this is honestly my best one ever. This place was great. I called over the phone and spoke to Nancy. She was able to give me options and prices before even going to the place. Once I arrived everyone was friendly and attentive. These people are worthless! During this pandemic time they say they understand....lost my job during this time and kept saying we are here helping our customers, how are you paying this today. THEY DO NOT COMPREHEND on how to help customers. And than sell cars they NEEDS WORK DONE. DON'T BUY HERE! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I bought a 2008 Tundra with them one week after having it the breaks went bad. I told them about it they did nothing all they said is I had to pay for it. So I put $1,500 into break, break pads, rotors, ect... I thought that would be the only thing but no, one month later the shifting paddle that goes from parking to driving etc.. stoped working had to pay $200 to get it fixed. Then two month after that the timing belts started making a sound so I took it to Long motors b/c apparently it has motor guaranteed. Brenda the one at the shop told me "

I saw an ad on CL for a car with the sales price of $2000 which looked like a really good deal, so I talked to a sales guy that day and went to see the car the next day. I spent about 2 hrs checking it out and driving it, and it seemed to be a nice car.
The ad said that there was a one year warranty on the engine, tranny, and AC which was one of the things that interested me, but right before I went to see it, the salesman told me that the warranty

I purchased a 1 owner Lexus RX 330 from here. The interior and exterior were super clean. Over the past 2 years that I have had this vehicle I haven't needed any major repairs.

I will openly admit I was late on my payment to this company. I'm the span of two weeks, I was diagnosed with a terminal illness, my father was hospitalized and my Grandmother passed. I called them many times letting them know what was going on. I was told "I don't care", and they repoed my car at 19 days late, after promising to put payments at the end of the loan due to my medical costs.
I understand it's a business, but human compassion never hurt any business.

I purchased an 18 year old, 1 owner Lexus with low (81k) miles from this dealer back in June. After test driving it, I notified the salesperson the car needed tires and an alignment. In our negotiations, we agreed part of the sale required an alignment and tires. I left the car overnight, and was advised the next day the alignment had been done and they were waiting on tires. This work should be done by the end of the day.
When I showed up, the tires still had not been replaced and I asked what kind of tires they would be buying. I was advised they were purchasing just the 2 front tires
