Back at the beginning of June I purchased a used truck at Lockhart Motor Company and was blessed to be able to work with the Coach, Glenn Rotzler! I am beyond grateful I decided to come back to my hometown to purchase a new vehicle. I was upside down on my previous car loan and they truly did everything they could to make sure I was getting the best deal for the position I was in! "Coach" Glen Rotzler even knew I had 2 kids and kept them in mind when finding the best vehicle for me. Rudy the finance manager was delightful and really had my back when talking with the lender. I'd recommend everyone come here for that small town hospitality and morale.

I had the good fortune to get a car recently from this dealership. If it's at all possible for a dealership to have a homey feel to it, this is it. It was a comfortable and stress-free experience. Bridgette was very kind, communicating with me over the phone and email prior to coming out there, and had all of my paperwork ready and waiting once I got there. I felt very well taken care of. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Was living overseas and had my eye on this Lexus for quite some time. Coach was great about keeping me updated on its status while I was waiting to return to the states. When I finally arrived and was able to check it out in person, everyone was super kind and made you feel like family and not like they were just trying to make a quick sale. Great experience overall.

September 13th I took my 2019 Ford F-250 for an oil change, they advised me to also have my fuel filters changed. 15 minutes after leaving the dealer my truck caught fire despite a trail of fuel from a massive leak, despite their multi point inspection the dealer claims they did nothing wrong, pictures attached so that the public can be the judge

Parts, service and sales all fall short.
Parts - the parts counter guy gets a commission on his sales. Everything is marked as high it can go so he gets more commission. I've been buying diesel DEF from Ford dealers across the country at an average of $26. Bought some at Lockhart Ford for $36 but won't be buying there again. I called some other dealers after this purchase to see if there had been some real world increase in prices but other dealers were still selling at about $26.
Service - I've had some incredibly poor experiences with the service department that I&apos

We had a mixed experience yesterday...
The Good -
* We got a fair deal on a 2018 Expedition (Grade - A)
* Our salesperson Louis was attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. (Grade - A)
*The manager James Grayson was great to deal with - good communication & sent additional pictures and videos to us (Grade A)
* This is a family friendly business & atmosphere. Several of the kids and grandkids of employees were in the showroom. They were very well behaved & were not distracting or in the way. I always enjoy bringing my kids to my office and appreciate and enjoy this atmosphere

After writing my previous review Tim Clark General Manager contacted me directly. After meeting with him and his service manager Dustin today I must say that my faith in excellent customer service in this world has been restored. Tim and company not only took care of the issue but he took the time to explain and clearify the situation. I am now 100% certin that Tim and Lockhart Ford have the #1 thing anyone should look for in a dealer, "INTEGRITY". If I decide to buy another Ford I'll be dang sure to do it with these guys.

I live in Austin and was looking for a good deal for a ford went to Covert and the William Johnson Ford and had really bad experiences. both places the car salesmen acted like they were inconvenient by my request. My sister told me about Lockhart ford and i had one of the best experience ever car shopping from Glen. He went above and beyond to help me. i would definitely recommend getting a car from him for anyone in the Austin area.
