Worst car company ever. I turned in my vehicle a couple of years ago because they kept screwing me over on repairs. Their own mechanic messed up my engine and they still wanted me to pay for it. Plus when I got a new car the dealership I bought my car from even questioned how I had only owed $4,000 in principle,but they had in the system that I owed $7,000, which $3,000 of that came from interest from repairs. Smh. These people are thieves. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARS AMERICA!!!!

The service from them have been good since day 1, when signing paper work they even gave me a list of repairs they have done to the vehicle (which was the basic essentials- brake pads, filter, alignment) Id recommend this place to anyone who obsesses over what they spend. I've had only good experiences since I bought my car they even towed my car to the shop when I had a small mechanical issue and added the cost to my payments which helped me out in a bind.
Also they've been very understanding of me recently losing my job and have been leniant with my payments. I hardly ever leave reviews so that should say something.
Couldn't recommend more 5++

I have just bought my second car from cars America. Both times have been such a good experience. I was assisted by Tracie who did an excellent jobof explaining my contract and answering all my questions. It was such an easy process, no haggling no harassment from sales staff. And once i chose the car i wanted Tracie got me out very quickly. I would recommend Cars America to anyone looking for a vehicle.

4 years ago, no one would finance me due to bad credit. I was getting a divorce and down to only 1 income. Cars America was the only place that said YES. I am forever grateful. Their customer service is great! Amy rocks! I was so happy with them, that I took my mother there last month to get a car. It's hard to find an honest businesses these days. Cars America is truly the real deal.

We have been buying cars from Cars America since about 2001. Never had any issues that were not resolved. I understand that these are sold "as is" as stated on the window sticker. They do allow you to have repairs done thru their mechanics and add it to your loan to pay over time. I think I have bought at least 8 vehicles sine then. Never had any run around. They just sell me the car, repair when or if needed and I drive until I decide I need a new car. Never any hassle.

I am only giving it one star because I have to in order to complain! But what they really deserve is 0 stars! The lady they call an receptionist was rude on several occasions to Me,My boyfriend and even My Mother. They sale junk cars and when you confront them about issues they act as is they don't care and show no concern or empathy. I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber from them and have had issues with it since the second or third month. I have been trying to trade it in for 3 months but everytime I go to do it I have been given the run around and leave with the same piece of junk I came with
